    @VodafoneIN i have been a customer of Vodafone for more than 14 yrs but i m not satisfied with the data speed. Recently i hv recharged 399 plan for 56 days with 3gb daily data but the speed of 0.02mbbps speed if i use continously also full day then i cant complete 1gb per day.

    @ViCustomerCare I have ported to Vi India last week & yesterday night my old sim went out of function. I have inserted Vi Sim, of which network and all is good. But I haven't received 5 digit activation pin. Please help arrange the same.

    @ViCustomerCare There is a complaint pending from 19th February 2021 from Appellate team and still issue is not resolved. Now Appellate stoped responding to my follow-ups. After escalating to Appellate issue still persist after a year. Vi, team, hope my issue will be unresolved🤔

    While I dont really mind that, but their attitude really got my anger out. I want to ask @ViCustomerCare as to how is it right for them to dictate what is better for me? Like I told them I face network issues, how does it help by quoting when I last raised an issue?
