    @VodafoneIN i have been a customer of Vodafone for more than 14 yrs but i m not satisfied with the data speed. Recently i hv recharged 399 plan for 56 days with 3gb daily data but the speed of 0.02mbbps speed if i use continously also full day then i cant complete 1gb per day.

    @ViCustomerCare now i have to wait to increase my bill amount more that's the right to looting customer great customer service btw i mean 5k bill and another 1500 is been prepared without uses? I mean what is happening should i discontinue my relationship with Vodafone?

    @ViCustomerCare sorry state of affairs. More than 3 weeks to move esim from one handset to another. Now sms service barred from last 4 days. Customer care has no clue. Time to port my 15 year old service provider. @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare I am kerala from and I have poor network coverage so VoWifi is very important for me. If you don't have the service here I am quiting because jio & airtel here have the VoWifi feature. You guys better get shutdown 👎 @reliancejio @airtelindia

    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India @AshwiniVaishnaw No VoLTE on my Vi Number 9790776701 since the day of activation, even Galaxy S20 FE supports Vi VoLTE but VoLTE service is not activated & there is no reponse from your side on this issue. Pls activate my VoLTE service on my no.
