@VodafoneIN i have been a customer of Vodafone for more than 14 yrs but i m not satisfied with the data speed. Recently i hv recharged 399 plan for 56 days with 3gb daily data but the speed of 0.02mbbps speed if i use continously also full day then i cant complete 1gb per day.

@ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Yeah it's no use. No one replies fast enough to keep a track of. I DO NOT have a signal to send any message. I have already tried manually connecting, it doesn't work. I have an IR and Balance, yet no signal.

@ViCustomerCare using redx 2299 Plan. caller tunes were supposed to be free in the plan but I've been charged rental of ₹249 for this.. is this priority service of loot.

@ViCustomerCare It is very useless services, if I call someone in VI or I get a call from someone, then no one can hear my voice. Complaint was made many times but no solution was found for us.

@ViCustomerCare I bought vi sim on 5 aug , I complaint about regarding these issues network no network , call drops, internet speed worse than 2g , I'm facing these problems in main city they say it will fix in 2-3 days but it's over an month now they give me 7 sep date
