@VodafoneIN i have been a customer of Vodafone for more than 14 yrs but i m not satisfied with the data speed. Recently i hv recharged 399 plan for 56 days with 3gb daily data but the speed of 0.02mbbps speed if i use continously also full day then i cant complete 1gb per day.

@ViCustomerCare Even after payment is made, the customer is not given a receipt of payment and does not immediately process the closure on their number.And says that when the number closes after a week, you will have to repay the remaining rupee.

@ViCustomerCare obnoxious service! I went to a VI store to get duplicate sim as my phone was lost and I was informed that my KYC was not done and need to convert no. into postpaid. I see why r u still in loss even after merging. The pathetic service ever by VI. Improve it!
