    @VodafoneIN i have been a customer of Vodafone for more than 14 yrs but i m not satisfied with the data speed. Recently i hv recharged 399 plan for 56 days with 3gb daily data but the speed of 0.02mbbps speed if i use continously also full day then i cant complete 1gb per day.

    @ViCustomerCare one of the slowest network.this is 2nd tym i'm giving complaint.totally waste of my tym&money.there is no difference in internet speed.There was also no response from Vicustomer's.I hope this is my last complaint, I have not been able to complain for the 3rd tym.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi , I brought new Vodafone idea sim card today , But my previous sim was jio and want that same number to use in Vi sim also . Is it possible to use my previous number in new sim card of Vi . Please help.

    @ViCustomerCare Only thing I want is count recharge validity days from the time we do recharge, Eg : If I do recharge at 11:30 PM tonight for 56 days then count validity from 11:30 PM & not by calendar days. Customer loses 1 full day of recharge validity if he/she does recharge at 11:30 PM.
