    @VodafoneIN i have been a customer of Vodafone for more than 14 yrs but i m not satisfied with the data speed. Recently i hv recharged 399 plan for 56 days with 3gb daily data but the speed of 0.02mbbps speed if i use continously also full day then i cant complete 1gb per day.

    I have already ported my mobile number to VI and the porting timeline has been completed. I have inserted the SIM, but the network is still showing ‘Emergency calls only-VI’. @ViCustomerCare please check. Do I need to share my mobile number?

    @ViCustomerCare Recharge done 1 hour ago. Amount deducted bt recharge nt cmpltd.Reported dis 50 minutes ago & shared all the required details,yet there has been no response or action.What is the point of calling it "customer care" if customer left waiting without any support?

    @ViCustomerCare I did but you didn't respond. Not only me People are facing such issues. Even in @OfficialDMRC magenta line, you can't talk due to low network.

    I always pay my bills on time. My ₹153 plan usually bills at ₹181, but now I’ve been charged ₹417 for one of my numbers. Why is one phone ₹181 and the other ₹417? Very bad service. I want an explanation and a refund for the extra amount paid @ViCustomerCare @ViNewsOfficial
