@VodafoneIN i have been a customer of Vodafone for more than 14 yrs but i m not satisfied with the data speed. Recently i hv recharged 399 plan for 56 days with 3gb daily data but the speed of 0.02mbbps speed if i use continously also full day then i cant complete 1gb per day.

.@ViCustomerCare Either you guys improve your network or no one's gonna remain on your network in some time. Even the 198 helpline has the same robotic replies without any means to talk to some real care executive. Utterly pathetic.

@ViCustomerCare I'm facing issues with utterly slow Internet speed. I get 100-200kbps max speed. It was working fine before but a few days back I made a recharge of 4GB/day and since then, using even 2GB has been a nightmare.

@ViCustomerCare No network in my area silapathar.pincode-787059. Such a pathetic service provider in india Every week there will be one day where there will be no network for 5 to 8 hours. I did complaint regarding network cut frequently but no improvement so iam porting out.

@ViCustomerCare I've responded. Please understand that this area has poor internet infrastructure. No fiber connection is available via private players. Mobile Internet is weak. A new strong tower is needed in this region.
