    @VodafoneIN i have been a customer of Vodafone for more than 14 yrs but i m not satisfied with the data speed. Recently i hv recharged 399 plan for 56 days with 3gb daily data but the speed of 0.02mbbps speed if i use continously also full day then i cant complete 1gb per day.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Also please let me know how long you will take to resolve the issue ? I was being informed on 18th June via an email that issue has been permanently fixed but still after 5 days same thing happened and you blocked my connection.

    @ViCustomerCare Just got ported to Vi. y do i have 2 hear d entire covid msg b4 making any call? Der’s no point hearing d msg 100 times in a day before my call can get connected. Jio and airtel both have stopped it, why can’t u?? This causes serious problems in an emergency

    @ViCustomerCare You tried reaching me on my VI number but couldn't reach me ...aahaa... look at the irony....I do not have any other number currently... why would I keep another number when I am already on your network's postpaid plan & a quite expensive one at that for nothing ?
