    @VodafoneIN i have been a customer of Vodafone for more than 14 yrs but i m not satisfied with the data speed. Recently i hv recharged 399 plan for 56 days with 3gb daily data but the speed of 0.02mbbps speed if i use continously also full day then i cant complete 1gb per day.

    @ViCustomerCare I was waiting for ur scripted reply. how many times we need to share the details and all. done plenty of times still situation the same.. speed too slow in 828301 pin code. Area : phushbunglow Dhanbad jharkhand. what else u require to fix it. robbing money of common man.

    @ViCustomerCare The concern is I requested my number to get it ported to Jio cleared. It was working for more than a month with Jio network then I got to know that my number is stopped because 60 bucks were pending, then I paid that too.

    @ViCustomerCare your already horrible service becomes worse day by day. Since yesterday evening cant hear anything in any of the calls. Not restricted to just me but multiple numbers. Cant complain because the customer service cant hear anything. What nonsense is this?

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, i am last 2 years Vodafone postpaid customers and recently have converted my postpaid plan to family postpaid plan just because I was happy with the service. But post Port one of my family members nos deactivated due some reason and still issue not fixed..
