    @VodafoneIN i have been a customer of Vodafone for more than 14 yrs but i m not satisfied with the data speed. Recently i hv recharged 399 plan for 56 days with 3gb daily data but the speed of 0.02mbbps speed if i use continously also full day then i cant complete 1gb per day.

    @ViCustomerCare Most worse service team I have ever seen, in Whatsaap chat service no one responded u and guid u probably, I was stuck in a problem but customer service team not responding me, I m from India but at present I m in Qatar I SIM network is not working, I can't use.

    @DoT_India @TRAI Are you reall aware that @ViCustomerCare is not providing option to the customer for Do not disturb service? They are not having customer care connectivity option for 1909 to block the unwanted sms (daily 100 from vi) and calls 20 per day. 1909 is not working.

    @ViCustomerCare u silently removed SERVICE VALIDITY (28 days) from Rs 48 recharge. I've activated Rs 48 plan using Main Bal, money deducted but cant use my phone at all. Why credit 3GB data if I cant use it? Such a farce. Provide service validity or refund! I've DM u my no. Call!

    @ViCustomerCare I have spoken to your executive through Vi App and also got a call from your executive today but they all are just wasting time and no one is able to resolve the issue. They dont know how to service a customer who is using their service for so long and paying bills on time.
