    @VodafoneIN i have been a customer of Vodafone for more than 14 yrs but i m not satisfied with the data speed. Recently i hv recharged 399 plan for 56 days with 3gb daily data but the speed of 0.02mbbps speed if i use continously also full day then i cant complete 1gb per day.

    @ViCustomerCare Dear @JM_Scindia @DoT_India Vodafone has illegally mapped the wrong Aadhar Number to my Vodafone connection. This is a serious data privacy lapse and poses a threat of identity theft. My outgoing calls are barred due to this error. Please help.

    Since May 12, there is a lot of problem in the network of Vi and I have lodged a complaint twice in this regard but there is no solution, the complaint is only closed, how will this happen, I pay money for the service. @ViCustomerCare @ViNewsOfficial

    3/ @ViCustomerCare Problem started because years ago I corrected my DOB in Aadhaar. Old DOB: 17/10/1997 Corrected DOB: 16/10/1997 Same Aadhaar number. Same person. Same photo. Same name.

    @ViCustomerCare “Hi, I ported my number from Jio to Vi on 22/05/2026. The retailer promised a free 2-month recharge, but even after the porting is completed and the network is active, I still have not received the recharge. Please look into this issue and help resolve it.”
