    @ViCustomerCare No Network coverage in Karwan area from last 3 days... No Outgoing and no incoming calls for the entire area. What's your team doing in handling the cases when visited the store, store executive he himself suggesting to PORT OUT from Vodafone immediately!

    @ViCustomerCare I see that You guys have increased the PP Bills. I'm paying 470/- for 30 days with 40 GB Internet which is of NO USE. But I'm get'g 3 GB/day for 28 days for 359 only vt prepaid. Porting the service provider is good. @Airtel_Presence @JioCare any plans at your end?

    @VodafoneIN @DoT_India @TRAI Balance is being deducted without intimation, when we contact back the only response is we have to contact within 24 hrs, if we were not intimated how do we know when it was deducted, very worst customer service

    I went to your store near by home, they told go to main store then i went to mehadipatnam, Hyderabadu store. They told a silly reason, they don't have power supply. ****.. i feel pity. @ViCustomerCare

    @VodafoneIN worst customer service Balance is being deducted continuosly we don't why it is happening..& no intimation of deduction.when I call customer care, the answer is no data available.& Should contact within 24 hrs

Get this resolved today itself or tell me if I can visit any store and get the same number from their, but I need it today. I spoke with Vi Customer Care three times since morning 10am and you all failed to do so. #Vi

    @VodafoneIN, worse network always won’t work. Even the handset is beside me with network singles also it say “ mobile handset is not in reachable area”. Why do you want to fool people with your worst network

    @Airtel_Presence I was a fan of @airtelindia network but now its wayy to worse I've the worst network coverage and worst data i moved to @VodafoneIN i get good network and "ok" data speeds but @airtelindia is too bad plus a lot of spam calls on my airtel number

    @VodafoneIN Service provider has deactivated my sim in Just 4 day's of my new connection (9966600594) Kaushik Tiruveedhula I want number activated again due to Lockdown I can't even go to store and I can't connect Costumer Support executive's....I regret opting this network.

    @ViCustomerCare not solving billing dispute of my postpaid number....and also when i spoke to the customer care executive he said that i have subscribed to caller tunes and downloaded a game fir which i was charged extra amount... I did not do this things

    @ViCustomerCare however harder I try to reach your prepaid customer care executive but it's in Vain I feel the bot has taken over the human interaction completely & the time is not much far that it will soon takeover the company as well. I feel AI will run it better!! #EXCELLENT

    @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia took my 70yr old uncle , jst discharged from hospital, to a store for lost SIM reactivation after 20yr of usage. KYC redone. Biometrics done. New SIM issued. “2 hours” they said. It’s still dead. system doesn’t reflect KYC. What is this service?

    @ViCustomerCare @youbroadband you guys are the worst ISP. Its been two days since the internet has been gone. No intimation,no resolution till now and your customer care is trash. The representative don’t t even lift the call. You guys are good at fake promising and fooling.
