    @VodafoneIN @TRAI @DoT_India HI team the service of vodafone very worst continuosly this is the 3rd month all my balance has been deducted without initimation, if we contact them the info is to contact them within 24 hrs of deduction , how do we know i dont undestand so stupidity

    @VodafoneIN worst customer service Balance is being deducted continuosly we don't why it is happening..& no intimation of deduction.when I call customer care, the answer is no data available.& Should contact within 24 hrs

    @VodafoneIN Come on yaar @VodafoneIN, Solve my issue. You have repeated the same problem which you have solved when I have complained the last time. And now the same problem repeated and you're not even responding. There are no signals anywhere. Twitter became my only source to complain.

    @ViCustomerCare I’m on ₹579/56 days plan. For months my internet speed drops badly after 8–9 PM, gets normal around 10 PM, and becomes unusable again after 12 AM during the 12–6 unlimited data period, even in good coverage places, Need a fix asap or I’ll switch SIM. Contact me!!

    @ViCustomerCare Disconnection requests need multiple visits, endless calls, & patience of a saint. But bill collection? Sudnly the process is lightning fast—almost like special recovery teams r deployed. Priorities defined. Customer service optional, money collection mandatory 👏
