@Airtel_Presence This @Airtel_Presence provide pathetic service. Conerveted my 2G sim to 4G sim it has been 1 week my sms services are not working complained many times no one is responding. Beter to port to @JioCare or @VodafoneIN which is better than this Airtel guys.

@VodafoneIN -understood old customers are no longer imp to voda now. Soon I will port my Sim. Thank you for utmost care. I will help my whole apartment guys in this matter to get ported to other service v soon. It’s not just worst, it’s utter worst feeling sry to say.Thanks voda!

@ViCustomerCare not solving billing dispute of my postpaid number....and also when i spoke to the customer care executive he said that i have subscribed to caller tunes and downloaded a game for which i was charged extra amount... I did not do this things

@ViCustomerCare I have a pack of 2 GB / day for 54 days and today I finished my 2 GB data of today .Since I need more I recharged for 1 GB / day for 18 days so I can continue use of data today. But it is more than 2 hours and still my data balance is zero . Vi becoming worst
