@VodafoneIN please tell me why do I get 2G connection on Vodafone in Hyderabad. Inspite of a public notice issued by Vodafone that 4G services are available in Hyderabad. I just switched to Vodafone thinking of the service I used to receive in Mumbai. Now i am stuck for 3 months.

@Airtel_Presence I was a fan of @airtelindia network but now its wayy to worse I've the worst network coverage and worst data i moved to @VodafoneIN i get good network and "ok" data speeds but @airtelindia is too bad plus a lot of spam calls on my airtel number

@VodafoneIN its been over 15days since i ported to vodafone And not even a single time did i experience good network or 4g speeds. The 4g never worked and i hardly find singnals across the city. I am running it in 3g only n I need to wait 3months before i switch to @airtelindia

confirming that IR service wasnt active on 15th Dec and hence there will be no charges for it. If any charge is levied on the bill, @ViCustomerCare will WAIVE IT OFF. I HAVE THE CONVERSATION RECORDED. Based on usage, VI to waive off INR 599+GST charged on my current bill ASAP 2/2
