I already sent network and signal diagnostics frm my side, stil they are asking for more! Pathetic cust service and totally unacceptable as these tests are supposed to be performed by the netwrok team after visiting the premises. And making them to pay FRC for above 300 Or forcing them to use postpaid Because your network needs money to retain the business.
