    As per the directions of @TRAI a complaint can be placed within 3 days to the service provider of the representative and @ViCustomerCare or @Airtel_Presence has to take action regarding the same.

    @ViCustomerCare hi, kindly provide your official email ID to lodge complaint against late fee charge on monthly bill of a postpaid connection under your Kolkata circle, despite the last bill already paid. And no prior information provided on change in billing cycle.

    I went to your store near by home, they told go to main store then i went to mehadipatnam, Hyderabadu store. They told a silly reason, they don't have power supply. ****.. i feel pity. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I see that You guys have increased the PP Bills. I'm paying 470/- for 30 days with 40 GB Internet which is of NO USE. But I'm get'g 3 GB/day for 28 days for 359 only vt prepaid. Porting the service provider is good. @Airtel_Presence @JioCare any plans at your end?

    I went to @ViCustomerCare mehadipatnam Hyderabadu store. They rejected my request to re issue sim Cards, that i submitted previous recorded documents. Why we need to submit documents again that already existed in your records.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia is there any way of actually getting support for a corporate plan? Sending emails doesn't seem to help, noone reads them and all responses are generic, and there's no number mentioned anywhere which can be contacted.

    @ViCustomerCare If you don't have network, then how you will get through.... Please provide 4g indoor coverage or Vowifi. Then you try calling us. If you ask alternate number then, what is the use of your network.

    Disappointing service from @ViCustomerCare , on Nov 15 i ordered a postpaid SIM instead of prepaid mistakenly. I got that SIM pack on Nov 16 in that pack it has written as postpaid, i asked that delivery man not to activate as i placed order wrongly, he said my job is to activate
