    @VodafoneIN Come on yaar @VodafoneIN, Solve my issue. You have repeated the same problem which you have solved when I have complained the last time. And now the same problem repeated and you're not even responding. There are no signals anywhere. Twitter became my only source to complain.

    I went to your store near by home, they told go to main store then i went to mehadipatnam, Hyderabadu store. They told a silly reason, they don't have power supply. ****.. i feel pity. @ViCustomerCare

    @VodafoneIN Why Vodafone is losing customers? I am a Vodafone customer, but I see the network not so good and the 4G services are not up to mark. Multiple calls to customer service too didn't help. That's how to lose CUSTOMERS TRUST. @VodafoneIN respond.

    I request all my friends to stop using @VodafoneIN services. They promise to give 1.5 GB data with 4G speed on monthly package but fail to deliver it. The said data is active only for a week or two, later it's services fall to 2G. The worst service ever from a network provider.

    @VodafoneIN Service provider has deactivated my sim in Just 4 day's of my new connection (9966600594) Kaushik Tiruveedhula I want number activated again due to Lockdown I can't even go to store and I can't connect Costumer Support executive's....I regret opting this network.

    This is a lie, @VodafoneIN never responds back ok even after 24 hours, they say they are happy to help but they are happy to hinder . Worst telecom company and worst service ever. Never ever go for vodafone, better choose from other service providers.

    @ViCustomerCare Hey VI, what kind of “unlimited 5G” are you selling? Data stops the moment daily quota is over. This is misleading customers. Fix this ASAP. I AM NOT ABLE TO USE UNLIMITED 5g , my work is affecting.

    @ViCustomerCare how many days it takes to convert SIM to E-Sim. It has already been 6 days with no solution till date. This is the support we get after using Corporate Plans. No1 in the VI office knows who to coordinate, just mail and hope someday someone will revert. Shameful.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI I have raised multiple complaints regarding slow internet speed, but the issue is still not fully resolved. This is a serious network-level problem affecting daily usage. If this continues, I will escalate further. Please provide a permanent solution ASAP
