@ViCustomerCare Tired of calling the customer care and complaining about the data speed, yesterday it took me 30mins to download an app. Waiting for my subscription to end, shifting to other network, very very very very disappointing!! #vodafoneidea

@ViCustomerCare I had Upgraded my SIM card with assurance of 2 hours of Activation of New Sim Card. Unfortunately, SIM card has not been activated from past 22-23 hours and Vi Mini Store VIP Road Zirakpur doesn’t have answers to that. Kindly Help

Last year I was a @ViCustomerCare user, then PORT OUT to @reliancejio @JioCare Now I realize #Vi has better customer retention plans than #JIO. Vi CCEs offered me lot of benefits to retain me when I was leaving, whereas JIO has NOTHING TO RETAIN. Vi - You were the Best! #PORTOUT
