@VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare From past 5 days Vi network is worse ever. Even, I am not getting 2G network. Call drops, no voice calls. Please do something to restore the same quality of services. Waiting for your resolution.

To be honest i don't ever wanna use this again i can't use my data for the last 4 day's after continous complain still they are so shameless didn't even tried once to solve this issue. I request you to refund my respective recharge amount!

@ViCustomerCare Yes issue is discussed.but take a note very seriously last month I lost 5gb data due to poor connection & I raise this issue too,your executive told me vi will provide this 5gb to me but still now it's not given.

@ViCustomerCare iam vodafone customer since 8+ years, day by day iam facing lot of issues, when iam using internet if I got a call the network will change from 4g to . and after couple of seconds only the call will be dropped for every call, worst experience

@ViCustomerCare Hi, Neither i am able to send message nor i am receiving any messages. Raised complain multiple time but no proper resolution. Changed SMSC number also as per their instructions but issue is not resolved.

@ViCustomerCare they don't have any shame left in their eyes. I'm complaining from 5 days my 16 gb data wastes as i couldn't can't use my data due to poor service of @ViBusinessIndia they didn't even tried to solve this issue. Kitne besharam ho!

@ViCustomerCare 4G maximum speed I'm getting 2kbps. Great Speed I this break 5G speed also sabse bekar service, network Speed-0, Calling quality-0. Alredy register complaint but no result...And this net speed coming in main city area..Worst Network speed.very bad experience.
