    @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare From past 5 days Vi network is worse ever. Even, I am not getting 2G network. Call drops, no voice calls. Please do something to restore the same quality of services. Waiting for your resolution.

    @CRED_support Just got a call from your support and I've been told to wait for 72 hours more. I demanded for a compensation and was said no. 3 days I have to wait. 3 days my service is inactive. @ViCustomerCare please don't let cred as a platform for recharge. And **** you cred. ********

    @ViCustomerCare Extremely frustrated with @vodafoneidea Switched to postpaid on April 12 and my services were immediately disabled. No verification call, no support, no service. Fix this and restore my line in the next 2 hours! 📉🚫 #BadService #CustomerComplaintfails

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare: Activated International Roaming for 24 hrs via customer care. Charged again the next day without consent.Told it got “auto-renewed”? I was in India. No usage. Reverse the charge & stop forced auto-renewals, scoundrel & fraud activities. #ConsumerRights #Telecom

    @ViCustomerCare My concern does not need a personalized solution. It needs a generic solution from your end. You need to make changes to your recharge policies so that all VI consumers like myself get benefitted.
