@VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare From past 5 days Vi network is worse ever. Even, I am not getting 2G network. Call drops, no voice calls. Please do something to restore the same quality of services. Waiting for your resolution.

@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @VodaIdea_NEWS I totally disappointed or unsatisfied from Vi services because two Vi Support executives one Mr. Chandan & 2nd is Mrs. Swarnil both given unsatisfactory words about Vi. Both have poor knowledge so please arrange well experience guy.

@pib_comm why don't goverment take an action by panalty on call drop or slow internet speed prividing by the telecome company @ViCustomerCare.Even they are collecting higher charges on IVR calling on any customer care but the network quality they are decreasing day by day. Shame

@ViCustomerCare pathetic, first thing to do when return to country is to port out of Vi. Despite no outstanding and international roaming activation, no network.
