  @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare From past 5 days Vi network is worse ever. Even, I am not getting 2G network. Call drops, no voice calls. Please do something to restore the same quality of services. Waiting for your resolution.

  @ViCustomerCare this is very frustrating abt Vodafone Mayur Vihar phase 1 Delhi store that untrained staff's foolishness n attitude n customer is left for visiting store again n again like govt dept, neither nodal nor appellate team serious abt it for years.

  @ViCustomerCare I have been complaining for the past 3 months that the Vodafone Idea (Vi) network in my area is not working properly. Please fix it. Till now, none of my complaints have been resolved—every time they just take the details, but nothing actually gets done.

  @ViCustomerCare internet signal almost nil. Please advise any bribery option for good internet as I suffer for long year. Otherwise send quantum of internet via post card by post office. I will pay post card price by money order. No need to reply back, need action not words.
