@VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare From past 5 days Vi network is worse ever. Even, I am not getting 2G network. Call drops, no voice calls. Please do something to restore the same quality of services. Waiting for your resolution.

@ViCustomerCare Namaste 🙏 Since Last 2 hours no network connection. Now when network connection came problem with DATA Connection. For 5 seconds it connects to Data and then gets disconnected. Then after 5 seconds it connects again and then disconnects. Rectify please.

@TRAI - trying to register for DND on your app but got a text saying the request can’t be processed since it’s activated by @ViCustomerCare but that’s not true despite choosing it on VI app. VI has only cost me my mental peace but hasn’t blocked any unsolicited calls.Please help

@ViCustomerCare Not getting enough signal .. Intermittently 4G signal goes off and ON. Mostly it appears as E or H only. We are in 4-5G not edge or 3g. Please check complaint no. MNG-V00715145007.
