@VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare From past 5 days Vi network is worse ever. Even, I am not getting 2G network. Call drops, no voice calls. Please do something to restore the same quality of services. Waiting for your resolution.

@ViCustomerCare DnD is to stop receiving unwanted promotional messages. I've that activated. But I'm getting too many promotional messages from Vi itself on daily basis. What to do? Your system doesn't allow complaint against it either.

@ViCustomerCare still no resolution.this is some great tactic to increase the postpaid bill and get money from the customer you forced to get postpaid connection. Good thing is I have ported all my other vi sims to jio and this is the only vi sim left. I'll just throw it away, way easier.
