@VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare From past 5 days Vi network is worse ever. Even, I am not getting 2G network. Call drops, no voice calls. Please do something to restore the same quality of services. Waiting for your resolution.

Day 5 - Still facing both the issues. I understand that solving network issue can take a little time but i have been reporting the issue from past 1 year. Night data issue should have been resolved by now as i have provided the screenshots of recharges. @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare all working. My Mail Id needs to be updated as old not working. As per outlet person my signature not matched .I have signed and sent Pancard and other mail of 2015 just to show the signature of that time. No one is able to understand what action to be taken

@ViCustomerCare For the last 7 days My VI no is not having any network. Visited Customer Care Anil Plaza Guwahati they said there is network outrage it will resolved soon. How much time will it take or shall we port to Airtel or Jio. Pathetic service. Rel no 156559815

Day 5 - A representative from Vi came to my address for network inspection. It’s first time since i have been complaining about the issue that they sent someone to physically check the issue. Hope to see full network strength soon. 🤞🏻 @ViCustomerCare
