    @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare From past 5 days Vi network is worse ever. Even, I am not getting 2G network. Call drops, no voice calls. Please do something to restore the same quality of services. Waiting for your resolution.

    @ViCustomerCare I cannot make calls without changing my network type to 2G. If I want to use internet, I have to switch back to 4G again. By the way, I am at Thiruvananthapuram and few of my colleagues are also facing the same problem. Is there anything you can do?

    Hi @ViCustomerCare, you could not give proper customer service even after visiting your store. A simple issue like sim exchange and activation of SIM is not done, and as per your customer care I need to visit the store again as the previous request got canceled. Pathetic

    @ViCustomerCare Team can't stand on its own words... Even after 3 days, nothing happened...no body called up to explain the status and when I called customer care they said their std reply - Sorry sir! It's tech issue we don't have any update, I am raising your complaint

    @ViCustomerCare The network has again drop down......right now for the last 15 mins there was on NETWORK at all. We have 4 connection & all 4 were not having network. 🙄🤔
