    @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare From past 5 days Vi network is worse ever. Even, I am not getting 2G network. Call drops, no voice calls. Please do something to restore the same quality of services. Waiting for your resolution.

    @ViCustomerCare Once again, I am not able to use Vi while in the US. The cell phone shows No Service. I am TIRED of this. On top of this, in this cycle, the bill shows additional internet charges, while they are from the time your team was troubleshooting my issue. Can you help?

    Vi should give best award for not solving customer issue after complaining many times , customer support always repeat same thing as they have been put on record mode. @ViCustomerCare
