@VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare From past 5 days Vi network is worse ever. Even, I am not getting 2G network. Call drops, no voice calls. Please do something to restore the same quality of services. Waiting for your resolution.

@ViCustomerCare 500 deposit pending from Vodafone from last one year. Refund request raised on sep 05,2020 but after 6 months @ViCustomerCare Nodal officer saying that deposit amount not reflecting in system. For customer due @TRAI Having solution but for refund thay have no guideline.
