@VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare From past 5 days Vi network is worse ever. Even, I am not getting 2G network. Call drops, no voice calls. Please do something to restore the same quality of services. Waiting for your resolution.

@ViCustomerCare I cancelled my port request as customer care executive promised me that my network issue will resolved after updatining my existing sim card. This was a false commitment and still facing network issue, frequent call drops and not received any updated simcard.

@ViCustomerCare I lost my prepaid sim and want a duplicate replacement sim. At the nearest Vodafone gallery, am being forced to upgrade to postpaid with a very expensive plan. They're just not agreeing to my request. Please help to resolve.

We will be expanding the service shortly across India - Laxmikant--SHORTLY MEANS ANOTHER ONE YEAR OR TWO. Or it won't come??? 1/2
