    @VodafoneIN The network coverage is terrible and talking over phone is a pain in this area. Its poor business. My whole family uses Vodafone and everyone is frustrated with the network to say the least. Here is the location: 25.0263893, 82.0366435

    @ViCustomerCare Recently, a customer service agent contacted said they couldn't solve the issue due to distance from tower even though both networks came from the same tower. Switching to Airtel for better service. Thank you for trying to help. #Vi #Airtel

    @ViCustomerCare I'm unable to receive any SMS from anyone, except #Vi??? Tried to get help from Customer Care, but still the same issue, she sent SMS through VI official, which I received but no SMS from any other.

    Only on Feb 2023 I noticed and again raised a complaint for closure. Please address number closure and close all the bills caused because of your false reactivation. @ViCustomerCare @consaff

    But till now complaint has not been solved. This type fraud is regulated by @ViCustomerCare . I am sure that's why this company is going to dead because its service is unacceptable. If it was @airtelindia or @JioCare the sim has activated same day and recharge have done.

    @ViCustomerCare worst support.. Worst network.. worst data connectivity... After weeks and months of time.. all I get to hear is " aapke yahan tower nahi hai " When my issue is something that I face anywhere that I go.. and is not restricted to my home location
