    @VodafoneIN The network coverage is terrible and talking over phone is a pain in this area. Its poor business. My whole family uses Vodafone and everyone is frustrated with the network to say the least. Here is the location: 25.0263893, 82.0366435

    @ViCustomerCare The amount of money u ppl spend on Marketing and bla bla... Half(or less than that) if soent on infrastructure, tower, network, Vodafone would have been good. One cannot make call via Vodafone network. Pathetic

    @ViCustomerCare This is the prob with most you, support agents, you all do not undertsand a bit of the prob and give solution. When other telecom cos. are playing relevant messages of vaccination, nigh curfews etc, you guys are playing 'UNLOCK 1.0' message and then you give rubbish reason

    @ViCustomerCare M using Idea sim for more then 6 years..But i never got a good speed an range in my home please put a network booster in near my home so that I don't have to change the sim card...And i even don't want tk change it please help me

    @JioCare @ViCustomerCare Hi Team, i am fed-up with customer care service. I port a number from Jio to vodafone on 10th april but still not activated on VI. Number: 7488319893 VI saying check with jio and jio saying check with VI. Can i get the resolved? No support from CC number
