    @ViBusinessIndia @TRAI @ViCustomerCare This is to notify you that From the last 7 days i am continuously visiting the nearest Vi store (kankurgachi) to collect a duplicate sim. with all the necessary documents which were mentioned in mail by vi customer care only.
