    @VodafoneIN The network coverage is terrible and talking over phone is a pain in this area. Its poor business. My whole family uses Vodafone and everyone is frustrated with the network to say the least. Here is the location: 25.0263893, 82.0366435

    @ViCustomerCare There is absolutely no concern about the customer's concerns it seems. Nobody has even bothered to contact me. Nor I'm getting any satisfactory responses from the customer service. It's time to switch now. Thanks Vodafone for last so many years. Loyalty has no value. Bye forever

    @ViCustomerCare Selected 719 prepaid pack while recharging using your app but 839 prepaid pack got recharged. Kindly fix the issue and also your buggy app.

    @ViCustomerCare simply unable to pay outstanding bill for an inactive number. The online payment at your website is just not working, IVR says "there is no record for that number". Plz look into it.

    @ViCustomerCare I went to Vi Store for replacement of my old !dea Sim. I got the replacement Sim by completing all formalities. But problem is that my new replaced Vi Sim is still not working. Old !dea is still working. Please look into this matter. My number is 9639779024.

    @ViCustomerCare First you tell me still the VI agent don't know how to speak with customers. Everyone is hurry to finish the call without helping. I have a data plan with will expire today but he is keep on saying please recharge first. Since 3 days I facing the same problem. Now I made my plan.
