@VodafoneIN The network coverage is terrible and talking over phone is a pain in this area. Its poor business. My whole family uses Vodafone and everyone is frustrated with the network to say the least. Here is the location: 25.0263893, 82.0366435

@axelency @ViCustomerCare Yeah I use the WiFi calling service here, but I think it still won't work for SMS, so anything like an OTP would not be received.

@ViCustomerCare one of the worst customer care services. Visited the Vi store for seam replacement. Gave all the proof and store said all done and ready. Now getting message that aim replacement can not be processed. No wonder why you guys are on verge of extinction from India.

@ViCustomerCare y'all have next to no shame lying to customers. Every time I try to contact you you say the issue is resolved. Is having to turn airplanemode on/off every 5 minutes for it to just work called a resolved issue? Just say y'all don't know how to resolve any issues.
