  @VodafoneIN The network coverage is terrible and talking over phone is a pain in this area. Its poor business. My whole family uses Vodafone and everyone is frustrated with the network to say the least. Here is the location: 25.0263893, 82.0366435

  @ViCustomerCare One of the most useless network is VI India. No network, no internet nothing is running smoothly. Requesting to all people please don't go for #VI connection. From 3 days I am facing network issues and internet 4G problem. No one solving the issues.

  Not experienced a more incompetent customer relations team than Vodafone. Have been trying to get email id updated. been 10 days since The same. Have submitted the documents several times but they only have 1 answer, that the query will be resolved soon @ViCustomerCare

  @ViCustomerCare I asked for revised bill after reversal of Amazon prime value added services which I deactivated and not using it. I raised the request 2 days ago so that I can pay my bill today with revised amount. 4 customer care chat say it will reflect in next bill.

  @ViCustomerCare I had raised a Complaint regarding a Payment Dispute on 16th August. Till date your team and not worked on it nor resolved it. AS A RESULT my Number gets barred. Such bad service. Guess it's time to move on to #jio or #airtel

  @ViCustomerCare sim not working suddenly. Kindly replace it. It has been whole day today.had similar issue with @JioCare and new sim was delivered at door step free of cost within 3 hours.

  @ViCustomerCare sick of Vodafone service. It has gone really bad. Raised atleast 3-4 complaint in the kast 10days. Yet no improvement. Pathetic network. You can't even provide proper 4g.
