@VodafoneIN The network coverage is terrible and talking over phone is a pain in this area. Its poor business. My whole family uses Vodafone and everyone is frustrated with the network to say the least. Here is the location: 25.0263893, 82.0366435

@VodafoneIdeaIN How pathetic service and customer relationship management. I think @ViCustomerCare need to shut down its operations instantly around India. M struggling to get a SIMEx from Vodafone, where all other operators are willing to deliver everything at home. Horrible😡

@rmstakkar @ViCustomerCare I have written multiple emails and complained on Twitter and fb. Since I'm not able to respond to vi customer care via Twitter I have been talking to customer support via FB. Is it some kind of new gimmicks to loot money from customer? How can a reversed charges add back?
