    @ViCustomerCare Very poor internet service provider in Delhi pin code 110086. I am unable to use my data pack due to poor internet even for small work on net I have to wait for 5 minutes in opening the portal. I think they don't understand the value of the customer.

    @ViCustomerCare Hello Vi I recently bought your SIM card and I had good experience with it but recently I’m facing lot of network issues like the Internet doesn’t even work inside the mall near my place and I have been there 4 times already and I can’t even open an app for GPay

    @ViCustomerCare No network at all, but you keep asking for recharge. What's the point of paying when there's no service? Worst telecom experience ever. Why is such a company even allowed to operate in India? @DoT_India please take strict action against Vi
