    It appears the first thing taught to @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIdea4 staff is 'take the customer's money'. And the second is "don't ever ever return the money for any reason." No wonder the company is able to stay afloat.

    @ViCustomerCare I don’t like this network. There is no reponse or revert from the customer care to resolve my issue either. They just trying to support vi but not understanding my concern or listening to me. Just saying their own thing. What “customer care” is this
