    @VodafoneIN What a worst service at Phulpur-Azamgarh in UP East. No access for 4g internet services since last 10 days. I've complained several times about network issue in last three months bt result is zero..there is no improvement. @TRAI plz..have a look at these falsification

    @ViCustomerCare Today I visited your another centre and they charged 100 rs for sim replacement where as customer care executive said that sim replacement cost is only 50 rs where as in @airtelindia it is only 25 rs

    @ViCustomerCare i urge people not to use this Vodafone network same customer care for Gujarat, Maharashtra region. They take your money with written promise of clearing everything but then they take ur money and never respond. 3/4

    @ViCustomerCare Again an embarassing experience by so called service team. I have not got ONE response from @VodafoneGroup and customer service team which makes me trust the brand. 50 days and no info. @TRAI please help. I am sure there are compliance TATs that are breached here

    @ViCustomerCare. Firstly i was falsely charged on my post paid connection and then was called and harassed for payments. I was said to pay 50% amount which i paid but after which my number was closed and no one picks my call. Customer care abusing with mc bc 2/3
