    @ViCustomerCare After multiple complaints same issue, the network speed is less than 20kbps. VI is providing the worst experience ever than other service providers. Now they will file a complaint and will resolve within 5 days, but no one gets to know what will happen in 5 days.

    @CRED_support Just got a call from your support and I've been told to wait for 72 hours more. I demanded for a compensation and was said no. 3 days I have to wait. 3 days my service is inactive. @ViCustomerCare please don't let cred as a platform for recharge. And **** you cred. ********

    @ViCustomerCare always very delay service notwithstanding to commitment given. I can’t port now as I have only 2 days including today to expiry of validity. Porting takes 4 days to get active how can I manage 2 days without phone service.

    @ViCustomerCare The link you provided is for home delivery KYC. I want to perform 'Self-KYC' online by myself without any agent visit, which Jio is already offering in Ratlam (457001). Why is this specific digital service not available for my area on Vi? Please provide a solution for online Skyc
