  @ViCustomerCare Got a call from social media team of vi and updated me that all the service would be barred fro 24 hrs after a sim replacent where the Vodafone store executive says the voice call will be through after 4 hrs of sim replacement. It's been 18 hrs and my voice call is not through.

  @ViCustomerCare @MameKhanMusic @Hungama_com Honeslty speaking one of the worst service provider in Kerala. It's been more around 24 hrs my connection got disconnected suddenlty. Went to nearest store they told me there is an issue with sim and replaced it. Till now there is not even a single positive reponse from Vi side.

  I am a customer of Vodafone postpaid for more than 8 years. Recently tried to replace my old sim with a new one and waiting for activation for past 2 days and vi customer care/stores are not helping. Looking to switch to Airtel after such a poor service. @ViCustomerCare

  @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia hi, Post number ported to other service provider from vi. I my hv outstanding balance to pay. I went to your store they told me no outstanding balance is due. Then I tried to login to vi app but as now numbr got ported so not allowing me to login
