    I seriously can't believe this @ViCustomerCare. Migrated from Vi prepaid to postpaid expecting improved and uninterrupted service, but instead @ViCustomerCare postpaid service has been completely useless, much worse than prepaid. So called @FakeUnlimitedData 😡

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare my number 9805007513 is not connected and my friends and family every complaint that your phone never connected. Requested and connected to customer care more than six but no solutions to this issue. I did big mistake in porting from Airtel to VI.

    @VodafoneIN_News @ViCustomerCare Can anybody help how to get out from VI. Am really fed up with them. My SMS is not working for the last one week and I have knocked on all doors like VI store, Call center, Twitter, etc. no use, no reply. pathetic.
