  Hello @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India Very frustrated with Vi network issues for the last 1 year! Every time I complain, the ticket gets closed automatically without resolution,the last complaint was on 30th June that case was closed too without fixing the problem.

  @ViCustomerCare You should change your name back to Idea it's better name and also @vodafone is not contributing anything fo the joint venture so they should leave. Also please improve your network more specially 4G.

  @ViCustomerCare @jagograhakjago pls note that there’s been a recurring bill as per the plan chosen for about 800 rupees that i’m paying Vi and have not been getting desired network beyond 1 or 2 bars, let alone 5G. #SRKonVi

  @ViCustomerCare FINAL WARNING:This level of service is absolutely unacceptable! My internet has been painfully slow for over a month despite repeated complaints.For the past week,even calling has been a problem. I complained again 5 days ago and was promised a fix within 4 days.
