    @ViCustomerCare idea network and services are worst it was a big mistake that I got greedy with double data pack. If there is no speed what we can do woth 4 GB data it my personal suggestions that dont buy this idea sim going to port my not take my 500rs as charity idea

    @ViCustomerCare Unrequested VAS activating on its own account ever since I switchd to your family plan. Every month, one of our numbers gets a random message that a VAS service was activated without any prompts from our end. (1/n)

    @ViCustomerCare issues in incoming and outgoing calls now. Neither connect and error messages that numbers don’t exist, check the numbers dialled, missed calls, call drops etc happening. Previously it was only in incoming. Can I pl request you to fix your network at priority?

    @ViCustomerCare What a joke I moved to #vi few months ago, thinking this is better. But you came as the worse slow network. Can't receive signals most of time. #superslow #vi to me u are still in the 3g Era.

    @ViCustomerCare I am vodafone customer from last 14 years. From past sometime I am getting added to VAS services automatically and money is getting deducted every time. Please check what is the issue.
