@ViCustomerCare Hi. Currently facing network issues in my area. On contacting customer care they are asking me to change to 4g network since 3g towers are getting removed by the company. Is that true? Also i was assessing the internet 2days back without issues. Kindly address.

@ViCustomerCare Apke care executive kamal ke he.. Har bar call karp to same reply milta he.. System down he. 2 hours ke bad call karo.. Supervisor ko phone transfer krne ko nola to 20 mins waiting thn call disconnect kar diya.. Yahi he service apki?

@DoT_India @ViCustomerCare Still charged for incoming vi customer care calls.. @ViCustomerCare why are you reluctant to raise complaints , y you din stop inflating the bill (check calls post 25 July) u owe us money for the torture .every month.. we not paying 273, u owe us money for incoming this month too

@ViCustomerCare 4g is not working properly here since 10 days especially inddor don't know what is going on. Earlier 4g was working good here in indoor. Though my network bar is full in 4g still internet is down... 3g is working properly. Tomorrow iam porting out.

@VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare Experiencing a lot of issues with my vi number from last 1 month.whenever I was trying to call it's says "your outgoing facility is not available".No help got from your customer care. Now It's headache for me to reach out to you guys everytime. HELP

@VodafoneIN worst services from VI dsy by day.. I want to port out my number but for port out I have to recharge 129 Rs to send 1 SMS. In 49 Es recharge you guyz are not providing SMS services to customers. Worst services. Never take VI SIM ever.
