@ViCustomerCare Thanks. I do understand what service related messages are. My bank sends me service related messages. Govt. agencies such as RBI and NSDL send me service related messages. You guys me service related messages. These are all entities that I am connected with in some shape or form.

@ViCustomerCare I had ordered for a prepaid number to be delivered at home and paid the money online. However your delivery agent claims that the payment is not updated in his app and has still not delivered the sim since 3 days. This is really disgusting service.
