    @VodafoneIN purchased a SIM card from Varanasi 5 days ago and it took 4 days to activate and now its come with an no data!! Despite me paying over 600 rupees for a data package!! The store have been extremely poor for customer service and this now feels a scam! Please reply

    @VodafoneIN I don't know how exactly you took care of the complaint. My pack got exhausted in mid of a working day and I had to get an additional recharge done. If that's how you manage experience, I must port my number immediately.

    @VodafoneIN Either resolve network issue or accept that your network is worst. Despite various complaints call drop , network lost issue is still persist. Some concrete solution is desired. @TRAI

    @VodafoneIN Post 2of3: Using 150+ no. at a single bldg, & none of them not able to place call is wrong. Tweeting 2 days ago, didn't help us either. We have done everything in our power to get a booster. Quite honestly, we don't this. Being a customer for more than 2decdes paid.

    @VodafoneIN Network is alright now but after 5-6 days but sometimes it fluctuates G and no network for 4-5 hours so please take it seriously and work on it.I think there's some issue with the network Tower here

    @ViCustomerCare I’m using a VI 5G unlimited plan on my Realme device in Sarkhej, Ahmedabad (Gujarat). My phone shows a 5G network, but data is still being deducted from my daily pack instead of unlimited 5G. I’ve already raised a complaint, but the issue isn’t resolved yet.
