    When you needed it to run smoothly, it failed... Sometimes automatically changed to 2G network and while other time 3G... Unacceptable.. @VodafoneIN #Vodafone

    @VodafoneIN purchased a SIM card from Varanasi 5 days ago and it took 4 days to activate and now its come with an no data!! Despite me paying over 600 rupees for a data package!! The store have been extremely poor for customer service and this now feels a scam! Please reply

    @VodafoneIN Either resolve network issue or accept that your network is worst. Despite various complaints call drop , network lost issue is still persist. Some concrete solution is desired. @TRAI

    @VodafoneIN I think you have earned a lot from your customers and has achieved what you want,Now a days when we are using 4G but on other side we are still struggling with network problem for calling. Even your customers care number is getting invalid.

    @ViCustomerCare My decision was wrong.. VI very bad network at my home and voice breaking during the call.. Sorry @Airtel_Presence for not continue you. I will again port it from VI to Airtel soon..

    @VodafoneIN Hi, we're one of yr customers, using more than 150 Vodafone no(s), which includes 22 corporate no(s), at the same time & place.But after the old age booster of your network got screwed, we didn't get any help after so so many conversation.Its been 3 days(post 1 of 2)

    @ViCustomerCare After raising network complaint I was contacted by a srvc person and being asked to perform all network diagnostics myself and send the screenshots. I already sent network and signal diagnostics frm my side, stil they are asking for more! Pathetic cust service and totally unacceptable as these tests are supposed to be performed by the netwrok team after visiting the premises. The person is rude and doesnt listen to my problem drscription

    Hey @ViCustomerCare why offer options you can't deliver? Tried buying a VIP prepaid number on your site, but the page crashes at payment. Worse, Jabalpur stores say prepaid choice numbers don't exist & warn NOT to order online. Why show fake options? Fix this. #Vi #VodafoneIdea

    @ViCustomerCare This is too much Vi We are sharing, repeating our problems everyday but aap log koi action hi ni le rhe. Hmare area 212503(holagarh) ka network day by day aur worst hota jara . Kuch action lijiye ni toh hum apna sim port karwa rahe.

    First, they emailed saying refund via UPI within 2 hours of final bill. 1 month passed. Now clueless support staff is giving fake timelinessome say 45 days via cheque, some say log in to the app (how? when the number is ported out!).@ViCustomerCare
