    @ViCustomerCare Hi, I didn't selected any caller tune in recent times but still I charged for 66 INR. And I got message saying 0 INR charged on same day I got 66 INR charged. This needs to be look in depth. Can someone please help me?

    @ViCustomerCare For the last 2 months, I am facing network problems and the net speed is very low, all the data is wasted, I have messaged the port twice, but Vodafone is assured that the network will come right and nothing happens right now. the problem remains

    @ViCustomerCare i made a request for portinng out from VI to Jio. I got a call supposedly from VI asking to me cancel my id by sending a msg from my no. “CANCEL<>My no.” To 1900. What is this? You are befooling customers to cancel their port out request? I called back but no use.
