    @ViCustomerCare Ohh My god !! What stupid service . Realized you should never belive fake promotions like fastest 4 g network . I am getting gifted with 2g and 3g by choosing Vodafone Idea Hell mann !! Just two days into the network I am already tired

    @ViCustomerCare Soon means what? It's been 10 days. U cannot stop smd or calls and u say complaint resolved but still grt them csn u tell appeal process so csn complain against VI n ig u can't do anything just say so

    @Shara56Raghu @ViCustomerCare They need to shut down 3G as soon as possible and improve 4G coverage otherwise Vi will shut down. For the sake of providing network to 1 lakh 3G users they are loosing 10 lakhs 4G users every month. Very poor management this is. From Raigad Maharashtra

    @ViCustomerCare I am from Pune and currently living in Punjab from 5 days. Till morning I was able to call and use internet services properly but from 11am I am not able to use Vi services both calling and internet. I restarted the phone etc but not working. Called Customer Care
