    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare good to see your concern about my disappointment. This issue was raised to you on 11-Mar. Inspite of understanding my disappointment, I can see how promptly you are taking action that this matter is unresolved yet on 19-Mar, although resolution time is 24-72hours
