@ViCustomerCare @VootSelect From yesterday some apps were not loading.Firstly I thought may be it's my phone problem, but when I connected to wifi,that apps were running smoothly(adda,fb lite).I checked with my mother's phone, she has the same Vi sim, and the same problem arised. Vi sim makes the problem.

@ViCustomerCare Hi Vi team! Need to escalate a issue. I have called the customer care supprt yesterday 25th at around 5:10 pm and the executive ms. Rupa. She *** very rude and misbehaved. Need escalation on this issue ASAP.
