    @ViCustomerCare Please don't use Vodaphone & idea service really pathetic. I'm will never recommend their service. They don't have proper solutions to your complaint.

    @ViCustomerCare also why does your complaint registration needs an otp verification, if the person has lost his network like in my case how would be i b to obtain an otp to log in to your app and then register a complaint , what kind of support is this??

    Hey there @ViCustomerCare please install a network in our locality. Today I switched into Vi but the network connection is so poor. We are facing issues indoor as well as outdoor. Please 🙏 do something please. Thanks
