    @ViCustomerCare hey how come my 299 postpaid plan got shifted to 399, a 33% hike, hardly I can use any data, I was only paying 350 per month for my old number and now I have to shell out 500 for your so poor network where data & network is so inconsistent even in a metro city.

    @ViCustomerCare m in USA using international roaming on my Vi number. On Day 1, was able to fetch network and make/receive calls. From Day2, can't get or make any calls. Pack recharged on 1st Dec. Only 2 calls made since then. customer care not helpful. Pls assist me. Details DM
