@ViCustomerCare Understood but wowifi is enabled but still getting charged also customer have their diff statements. Why there’s no transparency??? I ensured and it shows wo WiFi still call charges getting applied . Pls have this check and share justified resolution.

@ViCustomerCare If you're not there to give network signals to us, then please let us know. Our whole Village is facing network issues since last 5 days. If you can't then @airtelindia will surely help us. I was Airtel customer till 2014 then i converted to Vodafone.
