Vi India has got to have the worst network, customer service & probably everything whatsoever! 1. Barred my outgoing for no reason 2. Unable to reach their customer service 3. Their chatbot sucks in the app 4. They arent letting me move out of the network @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare So I went to your Vi Customer Care Store that's located near Borivali station; and guess what? Your postpaid systems are down! I waited for half an hour but no joy! In the meantime, nobody from @ViCustomerCare has even bothered to tell me what exactly is the problem.

@ViCustomerCare Firstly improve your network . I complaint many times about network and speed issue but your cc never understand my problem . If you are not serious about my issue , i will port out other network. Thats final warning . You increase amount of recharge so atleast improv ur speed

My mobile data has stopped working and i’m getting a personal hotspot error. #Vodafone customer care says that they cannot view my history because system is down, call after 8 hours!!!! 10+ years as a customer and this is the treatment we get. @ViCustomerCare #VodafoneIdea
