    @ViCustomerCare I am paying rent for my postpaid number without getting services. Today is 4th day my data services are off my other Vi sim is working fine at same location. You never give a 1 rupee discount but don't waive of fees for such inconvenience caused. @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare why don't you reply to your customers' queries?? Today I have PORted my @reliancejio number in @ViCustomerCare & I need to know the porting status of number. Already DM. I believe both companies have robots & illiterates in their customer service. No one replies.

    @ViCustomerCare When call centre is not ready to provide resolution what is the remedy. I interacted with call center on multiple occasions Not even ready to understand the problem. Very bad experience

    @sunilrepswal255 @ViCustomerCare @ZEE5Premium Same happened with me, I've complained to their customer care , they are not replying from past 24 hours , now I've decided to port my number , they are focusing on looting customers instead of improving their service.

    @parthpandyappp @ViCustomerCare I had same problem , when I attempted to port , they call you continuously around 15-20 calls per day , convincing you to cancel port and giving you special offers ,etc

    @ViCustomerCare what is the deal with your network. On every now and then its goes from 4G to 2G . 2G i mean we are heading towards 5G and vodafone still shows 2G network maximum time when i play games. Ping is lowest
