    @bhuvneshraghav0 @ViCustomerCare Bro trust me they can't do anything. I was using Vodafone for a very long time. So many complaints raised nothing happened. Moreover I was holding a major holding of shares.I sold them all. It's a waste to have this crappy service provider.

    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India @TRAI Vi stores say they have no system option for Voter ID, even though it’s an approved OVD under DoT rules. This isn’t a small issue this shows poor system updates and untrained staff. How can a major operator function like this? No wonder customers lose trust. #KYC
