@ViCustomerCare Thanks. But I still don’t understand. Why one set of numbers on one family plan is facing the issue. My son is on a separate family plan and his works fine. 24 hours is a long time for it not to be sorted. And what is the issue? Why no transparency?? @AdityaBirlaGrp

@ViCustomerCare worst services ever. I travelled to abroad last month and recharged with international pack of Rs 1495 which didn’t work there. I have been chasing vi customer support and appellate team for refund in original mode but no resolution has been provided yet.

@ViCustomerCare charged multiple times on new activated Pre paid SIM. But still not reflecting in balance and number still out of service. Why such simple stuff is getting stuck ..that too when I'm trying to pay for. VI doesn't need pre-paid customer?

Hey @ViCustomerCare It's been 3 days since I have been having network issues in Gurgaon, Kanpur Dehat, UP - 209312. No signal on my phone and unable to use 4G services. No response from customer care either. What's up? Can we please have a hotfix? Tomorrow is Monday! :'(

@ViCustomerCare I’ve been trying to know info on moving my phone to prepaid & ur customer care is just not providing it. Am I not in my rights to opt for prepaid? They are asking me to visit your store? In that case I would rather move to another service provider.
