    Hey Vi, I am not able to place calls to Jio landline. It says the number is not valid but when I try reaching with other network it connects seamlessly. Your cust care says it's not Vi's problem. Please sort this out. @JioCare @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare This VI made my life worst, flash SMS just killing me after 12am -6am, I request them to stop it for about a month, but they just want to make us fool by blocking the network for 4g, lol, I am done, this is my last recharge, airtel is much better at least not this much chitting

    @ViCustomerCare Such a pathatic service..never ever experienced in my life..not getting network in my mobile since 30 days.. complained approx 30 times but no resolution ..i want my money back i have paid for 3 months otherwise i will file a complaint in consumer court.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Vi team, my internet connection is not working from more than 1 months. Several complaints and visit to stores made. Given same excuse. Technical fault and issue resolved. Left with no other option but to part ways after 11 years of association. Mob:9051565656

    @ViCustomerCare hey, have been your loyal customer since 8 years but day by day network is getting pathetic and its more of a suffering now. Seriously, You guys claim to provide fastest 4G, whereas you can't even provide proper network coverage in Mumbai - 03. Time to Switch🙏.
