    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Already shared everything still no response from your side. Let me know if you are able resolve the issue otherwise I will switch to better one my all 6 postpaid connection. @TRAI We are not getting proper network after paying for the same.

    Shocking experience with @ViCustomerCare Visited VI Store, Sanjay Place, Agra, for a duplicate SIM after my phone was stolen. Staff refused to help and insisted that I first port my family's Jio numbers to VI postpaid. A duplicate SIM is a customer right, not a sales opportunity.

    @ViCustomerCare Does @ViCustomerCare really want to attend this issue? (1) Asking qued one after other, leading nowhere. Infact same questions can be asked at once (2) Now questions are repeating. Can there be a direct call?

    @ViCustomerCare I have two sim one without any recharge plan and the other one with 365 recharge plan which provide 12 to 12 and 5G unlimited data But the problem is the sim with without recharge plan have 5g network but the sim in which I have a recharge plan never connects with 5G Why?
