@ViCustomerCare and when we called customer care, they agreed and told by 14th of this month my number will be closed permanently and it was temporarily out of service as well and to our surprize today it was active again and I was able to make call. I am sending details in DM this number

Dear @ViCustomerCare ... why can't you send my postpaid bills in PDF format like CreditCard bills come? You send me the link which does not work half of the time. Then I have to beg for old bills to customer care for which they say ONLY a year bill can be provided. WTF is this?

@rmstakkar @ViCustomerCare Every time a new person call ask my problem & without any proper solution keeps the call. Meanwhile I'm getting messages from Vi that they will keep charging me for various things, I feel the biggest mistake was taking RedX plan an year ago.

@ViCustomerCare agent convinced to buy postpaid sim, it wil be fresh number only and i have even paid but i have been cheated with a used number and again the bill amount is 782 but agent asking for 1000 please cancel the simcard immediately. i hv evn paid the bill. 9886552529.

@ViCustomerCare my number services are blocked suddenly after using the number for 6 years. Now i know why people say to stop using Vi. Such a bad service.
