    @ViCustomerCare done kyc thrice to convert a SIM card from postpaid to prepaid since 2nd of this month . Still KYC getting rejected . Is this how you treat a customer who has been associated for 25+ years … regretting to be associated .

    @ViCustomerCare For resolution of my complaint- on 26th August, Refund of money wrongly debited promised date was 7 working days. More than 12 days already passed. today, I am told to send email for my concern, after which within 24hrs. They will send revert, about status.

    @ViCustomerCare Vi Is The Biggest Scam In India. If You Are A Vi Customer Please Port Your Sim Card With Other Network Operators (Like Jio True 5G, AirTel 5G & BSNL 4G). Please SMS PORT<SPACE><YOUR 10 DIGIT MOBILE NUMBER> TO 1900. I Already Port My Three Vi Sim Cards To AirTel.

    @ViCustomerCare I am travelling right now and I found I couldn’t use my data which was 895GB. I used my other Vi sim and checked the vi app, showing 0 data. What is happening. I recharged for a year also. That’s it. I am fed up. I am done. Low network and now this. I am switching

    @ViCustomerCare Vi India employees are indulged into fraudulent activities just for their own profits and there is nothing named customer satisfaction in this worst company. Vi will **** down soon due to this behaviour.

    Need to approach consumer court against @ViCustomerCare due to their poor network quality. I need exemption from 90 day period to port back to Jio’s high quality 5G standalone network. Because Vi is like mad man who doesn’t want to switch off 2G network.
