    @VodafoneIN Heena i am facing this issue since 2016 covid 19 was not their in 16 were you guys sleeping at that time or till covid lockdown happened so don't give excuses now . I will escalate it to authorities as i am fed up now . I gave you many chances but no resolution was given

    @VodafoneIN - Hi, I don't know what's wrong with your complaint team.. Explained them the same situation multiple times but still no solution..! 2nd thing, high time to use internet and Vodafone speed is pathatic..! Disappointed 😔

    @ViCustomerCare Still same call done by VI why are you calling regarding information you are not want to known issue pls waived off existing unnecessary charges and late payment with GST is it okay total loot fraud don't recommend this.

    @VodafoneIN Again same prb start in my house all family members vodafone sim shows emergency call only and no network Plz resolve my prb beacuse all of work has been pending due to internet connectivity Plz resolve permanently Otherwise only porting option has left for me

    @ViCustomerCare I am extremely disappointed with your service. I will not use a Vi SIM anymore, and I will not allow my children to use it either. If they do not listen to me, I would rather donate my property to charity than give it to them. I do not understand the logic behind the deactivation

    @ViCustomerCare Appreciate your response. But what a seriously absurd way to solve this problem. I need to take a flight worth 12K to go to Pune to do my KYC in the nearest Vi store and pay Rs.50 for number reactivation. I'm in Chennai right now. Most absurd policy and process.

    @ViCustomerCare @vm351262 Vodafone idea is a fraud. Twice i have raised a request to close my Sim But all u r doing is to cancel my request and reintiate the billing cycle. If you are living in days of your beggary, Than u don't hold any rights to harrase the consumer and earn ur money.

    @ViCustomerCare My son purchased a postpaid sim on 30th March. But outgoing is still not started. Upon calling on Customer care they are saying that sim is purchased by a student. What is this ******* bullshit? Can you tell why shouldn't I file a case of fraud against you?

    Hey @airtelindia tried to port my postpaid sim to airtel from @ViCustomerCare but received a call pretending to be Airtel verification and asked me to send Cancel sms to 1900. Guess Vi is playing a ***** game here. Will share numbers with you, from which I got a call . #IPLT20

    @ViCustomerCare No, it was not feedback. I was explaining the issue. You did not even note the address where I am facing network problems. The call got disconnected because the network disappeared. And you did not show the courtesy to call back on my alternate num #VodafoneIdea
