    @VodafoneIN @prasarbharati although you dicrease internet speed if we are paying 4g price we should need 4g but we are browsing on 2g thats very pathatic experiance kindly solve the problem becoz lot of transaction pending without internet .

    @VodafoneIN Hi Vodafone I'm facing network issue on regular basis..regular call drops and fluctuation in 4G most of the time it shows 3G in my phone. You are not providing 3G speed in the era of 4G/5G. 3G downlink data speeds defined by telecom service is upto 21.6Mbps.

    @ViCustomerCare Still same call done by VI why are you calling regarding information you are not want to known issue pls waived off existing unnecessary charges and late payment with GST is it okay total loot fraud don't recommend this.

    @VodafoneIN @TRAI Today i will expose one more truth of #VodafoneIdea these people activated VAS when my phone network was not their on my all three postpaid connection & complaint was on going that network is next to dead and now they are demanding money for same in bill.

    @VodafoneIN sorry for the language but you guys are responsible for the language i am using . I told #VodafoneIdea not to activate and VAS on my all postpaid connection i asked you guys to resolve my issue but everyone took it very easily.. i need an explanation

    @ViCustomerCare VI network is not good specially for indoor usage at s k nagar, talikoti. Whenever I am in Bangalore, no issues. have raised the issue multiple times, it gets closed saying, area has optimal coverage.

    @ViCustomerCare, your 4G network offers excellent speed, but airtel's4G/5G network is very slow. Please fix your 5G network or switch users to a stable 4G experience. Why are you charging for 5G while providing such poor service, @airtelindia? I'm planning to port my number to Vi

    @ViCustomerCare So this highly inexperienced executive Yusuf called to harras me in the morning without even reading my tweets or the DM. He obviously couldn't speak or understand English and disconnected the call when I was about to tell him my issue which he should have known before calling.
