    @VodafoneIN @prasarbharati although you dicrease internet speed if we are paying 4g price we should need 4g but we are browsing on 2g thats very pathatic experiance kindly solve the problem becoz lot of transaction pending without internet .

    @VodafoneIN I am a vodafone user and whenever I try to call any other voda number the call doesn't get connected. I am facing this issue only with voda numbers. I am able to call other numbers. Plz resolve the issue.

This is now getting very irating for me as per ur instruction I visited the store as well and they told me that my number does not exist in there records. What should i need to do further

    @ViCustomerCare Still same call done by VI why are you calling regarding information you are not want to known issue pls waived off existing unnecessary charges and late payment with GST is it okay total loot fraud don't recommend this.

    Dear VI, I’ve seen unexplained charges on my bill. Neither your store officials, nor your customer care can explain it, and your appellate doesn’t seem to care that I’ve sent out 3 emails. I’ve been a customer for over 20 years. It’s shameful. @ViCustomerCare

    @ramn0002 @Ayush_Ishaani @ViCustomerCare Get a fiber broadband connection for that. When operators give truly unlimited data on 4G/5G the network experience suffers for other users. Cellular data isn't meant to replace home Wi-Fi.

    @ViCustomerCare i have taken new Sim card by default we should pay for 4months, i paid INR 2000plus taxes, now sim is activated but i am getting calls from other persons who was using the same number, now that guys sim has activated to me now i am facing this issue daily..
