    Worst network glitches. Nobody's there to contact @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup @Vodacom..felt like cheated using postpaid services. @reliancejio is better gonna switch ASAP.

    @VodafoneIN For 3 days I have not been able to access my internet because of network connectivity. All my work based on internet and your network is completely unstable since 1 month so I have no option left, if you do not correct the connectivity then I want to port my number

This is now getting very irating for me as per ur instruction I visited the store as well and they told me that my number does not exist in there records. What should i need to do further

    @ViCustomerCare your 399 postpaid plan is poor because only 25 gb data given. But prepaid given more data and other company. So give 70 gb data per month ok thank you

    @VodafoneIN @TRAI Today i will expose one more truth of #VodafoneIdea these people activated VAS when my phone network was not their on my all three postpaid connection & complaint was on going that network is next to dead and now they are demanding money for same in bill.

    @VodafoneIN My phone no 9839771144,bill for this month ,has sent me an extra charge for Rs:262 for a film,which i have not downloadded,on complaint they say to ,cancel my account with them.This is absurd i have had this no for past 17yrs,please help.

    @ViCustomerCare This is too much Vi We are sharing, repeating our problems everyday but aap log koi action hi ni le rhe. Hmare area 212503(holagarh) ka network day by day aur worst hota jara . Kuch action lijiye ni toh hum apna sim port karwa rahe.

    @ViCustomerCare is getting worse day by day. I have been a user of Voda since 2006 with two connections, now as I am facing a issue with a recharge, when called customer care, they just disconnected in between without giving any resolution. It's such a hard work to connect them.

    @ViCustomerCare I had informed your executive two months ago to deactivate my number. He asked me to clear the pending payment, which I did. The same issue happened last month, and now again this month a bill has been generated. Is this a fraud or what?

    @RVAGamingg @ViCustomerCare The only reason I stopped using Vi is their problem with sending SMS due to this unable to activate upi, banking apps, tried resolving issue multiple times with customer care then in work fine for a week. Then again same issue

    @ViCustomerCare Having successfully switched to @airtelindia, I can now breathe a sigh of relief, no longer experiencing issues with the XXX network and International ghost call problem.
