    @VodafoneIN @prasarbharati although you dicrease internet speed if we are paying 4g price we should need 4g but we are browsing on 2g thats very pathatic experiance kindly solve the problem becoz lot of transaction pending without internet .

    @ViCustomerCare from last 5 years pin code 828135 have a 2g coverage area and some time there will be complete outage for the 2g as well.... Better to stop your service for that region where you are operationally fail.

    @ViCustomerCare This is really disappointing. Every time there’s a power cut in my area, your network goes down too — and it’s been happening daily for the past week. Complaints haven’t helped at all. Looks like porting to another network is the only option left.

    @ViCustomerCare ViCustomerCare My number inactive for 1 month, still bill jumped from ₹5700 to ₹14856 after accidental 799 international roaming use. This looks like a scam. Please resolve immediately or I will file complaint with TRAI & FIR.what is is scam with the customers.
