    @ViCustomerCare your 399 postpaid plan is poor because only 25 gb data given. But prepaid given more data and other company. So give 70 gb data per month ok thank you

    Very disappointing experience with Vi. The Store guys keep pushing postpaid when customers come for porting, instead of respecting what the customer wants. I also ordered a SIM online on 3rd July and still have no update. Is this how customer service works? @ViCustomerCare

    Hi @JioCare, I initiated a port from Vi to Jio, but @ViCustomerCare cancelled my port request without my consent after I confirmed I wanted to switch. Now I'm being asked to pay ₹350 again. Please help me complete the porting process. #Jio #MNP

    Dear Vi Customer Care Team, I am writing to raise an urgent complaint regarding my recent recharge. On 9987056484, I recharged my Vi number with ₹199 after checking the Vi App. The app clearly displayed an offer: "1 GB Data Daily + 2 GB Fixed Data for 28 Days".@ViCustomerCare

    Jio to Jio - Normal call Jio to Airtel - Normal call Jio to Vi User - Spam call And vice-versa!! 20+ years old number, showing spam in @ViCustomerCare network, and they have no solution for this. What a pathetic response getting from #Vi Customer care.
