@VodafoneIN Hi Vodafone I'm facing network issue on regular basis..regular call drops and fluctuation in 4G most of the time it shows 3G in my phone. You are not providing 3G speed in the era of 4G/5G. 3G downlink data speeds defined by telecom service is upto 21.6Mbps.

@ViCustomerCare be careful when buying Vodafone Idea network. Sometimes you don't do not get OTP SMS from banks or from any other application. Sometimes 5 min delay Sometimes 60 min delay in receiving otp and regular SMS

@ViCustomerCare Your network services is getting worse and worse. My number calls invalid all the time if anyone calls, net data switches off in every 15mins for 10-15 seconds. There's no response from you team. Everytime if called only automatic machine answers the call.

@ViCustomerCare Again went to the store with all the required documents and they still denied it + behaved rudely. Had to escalate the issue to the manager to get it resolved. You folks need serious personnel training. I've had way better support from many small sized companies. Why not switch?
