    @VodafoneIN worst in 4G service, I have been using in Bangalore since 2011 yet not a happy customer, now I am frustrated, In UP east facing lot of network and data issue. Request Number : C004-38254601346.

    @VodafoneIN @TRAI Today i will expose one more truth of #VodafoneIdea these people activated VAS when my phone network was not their on my all three postpaid connection & complaint was on going that network is next to dead and now they are demanding money for same in bill.

    @VodafoneIN Your service has been horrendous in these times, so much so that porting remains the only option. Complaints have been filed and ignored - and it has been going on for a long time.

    @VodafoneIN For 3 days I have not been able to access my internet because of network connectivity. All my work based on internet and your network is completely unstable since 1 month so I have no option left, if you do not correct the connectivity then I want to port my number

    @ViCustomerCare Why you guys completely shut down the internet after daily pack ends. Person even can’t recharge 🤨. Learn from @JioCare at least they just reduce speed not off that completely. @VodaIdea_NEWS Have you guys faced this issue?

    Ordered a SIM from @ViCustomerCare with a promised delivery the very next day (13th April). It’s now been over 2 weeks of constant follow-ups and poor coordination only to receive an SMS saying a refund has been processed without any prior notice. Extremely unprofessional service

    @ViCustomerCare users, Do not make any long validity packs. As #Viscam the customers, in the name of deactivating number to re ekyc. And then issuing new sim, forcing customer to postpaid The active plans will get discontinued. As they need to pay loans, simply doing such theft
