    @VodafoneIN Again same prb start in my house all family members vodafone sim shows emergency call only and no network Plz resolve my prb beacuse all of work has been pending due to internet connectivity Plz resolve permanently Otherwise only porting option has left for me

This is now getting very irating for me as per ur instruction I visited the store as well and they told me that my number does not exist in there records. What should i need to do further

    @VodafoneIN @prasarbharati although you dicrease internet speed if we are paying 4g price we should need 4g but we are browsing on 2g thats very pathatic experiance kindly solve the problem becoz lot of transaction pending without internet .

    @VodafoneIN For 2 days I have not been able to access my internet because of network connectivity. All my work based on internet and your network is completely unstable since 3 month so I have no option left, if you do not correct the connectivity then I want to port my number

    I was promised by Vodafone team that they will resolve the network issues by 1st July 2020 but not even a single percent improvement in network conditions is seen till now.Can u imagine life without network for more than 8 days.disgusting....@VodafoneIN @DoT_India @rsprasad

    Dear @ViCustomerCare , It's been 2 months since I got a Vi SIM. I've raised the same complaint twice, but nothing has changed. I can't even receive a single OTP or any service/banking message properly because there's hardly any network. But somehow, the bills always arrive on time. And if I don't pay immediately, I get reminder calls. Worst telecom experience I've ever had. #Vi #Telecom #CustomerService

    @ViCustomerCare My number was deactivated due to KYC issues. I only want to reactivate the same number with fresh KYC, but the Vi executive is insisting that I take a postpaid connection with at least 2 lines. Why is this being made mandatory? Please help resolve

    @ViCustomerCare Your field engineer visited the location, checked the network personally and confirmed that there is a genuine issue. He clearly informed me that only 2G connectivity is available in the area and assured me that the issue would be resolved in a few days.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare your tower at Taragtal, Chaukhutiya (Almora,UKD) has failed to provide proper network since 2017-18. No stable 2G/4G, calls & internet barely work 4-5hrs/day Avrg.. Repeated complaints ignored. Fix it urgently or stop charging for unusable service.

    @DoT_India Is samchar sarathi built to help the customer or just another website/app to meet the telecom compliance ? I have raised a complaint for spam SMS/call. Provided the screen shot as well. @ViCustomerCare responded stating that they can't act bcoz there was no trace.
