    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneIN Please note that Vodafone has deducted Rs. 49.00 from my balance as content charges on14. 06.19 which I have never use and open this, and customer care is not helping me. So I request you to kindly reverse ₹ 49.00 soon. Thanx

    @VodafoneIN in kanpur vodafone network is not working properly condition are very patatic call are not connected and dropped between call ant not connected in one time and its condition are going very bad as days are going

    @VodafoneIN @TRAI While dialing 198 for complaints Vodafone is cheating people! First when you call they do not provide a call connect signal and we are unable to provide an input! Then when they do provide call connect signal there is no option to register your complaints!!

    @VodafoneIN My phone no 9839771144,bill for this month ,has sent me an extra charge for Rs:262 for a film,which i have not downloadded,on complaint they say to ,cancel my account with them.This is absurd i have had this no for past 17yrs,please help.

    @ViCustomerCare What is the minimum balance needed for outgoing SMS service to be enabled? My outgoing sms service is blocked even though I have a data plan and 50 balance. Also no IVR option allows you to post a complaint and speak with a customer exec. @TRAI
