Almost two month I was following Airtel and receiving very very poor response. I approached NCH and within 3 day I got my refund from Airtel.

@ViCustomerCare Hi Team, Recharge & tarriff plans at Vi are absolutely greedy and profit driven where customer is last priority. ₹95 recharge gives you a sim validity of 35 days with no outgoing sms facility.Totally unacceptable and disgraceful. Breach of customer trust.
