    Because there is no reply from @Idea it seams that you do not need customer therefore I should adopt better service provider. @VodafoneIN

    @VodafoneIN @prasarbharati although you dicrease internet speed if we are paying 4g price we should need 4g but we are browsing on 2g thats very pathatic experiance kindly solve the problem becoz lot of transaction pending without internet .

    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup @Idea 8960164796 it's my number.internet speed are very bad.many times I complain but no action from vodafone customer service. kindly look this matter otherwise I will port my 10 family members vodafone sim to other network.

    @VodafoneIN Hi Vodafone I'm facing network issue on regular basis..regular call drops and fluctuation in 4G most of the time it shows 3G in my phone. You are not providing 3G speed in the era of 4G/5G. 3G downlink data speeds defined by telecom service is upto 21.6Mbps.

    @ViCustomerCare Just saying that avoid entering incorrect number is not correct. Pls note that the problem occurred in VI APP where I chose profile of 81xxxxxx41 but at time of recharge it got automatically changed to default profile number of 91xxxxxx93. Its problem at your APP end.

    Vi Thinks I don't know to read English @ViCustomerCare I cancelled auto renewal of Amazon Prime and they cancelled paid service valid till 07 Jan 2027. When I cancelled auto renewal it clearly showed the plan will be valid for paid validity and auto renewal will not happen.
