Gaurav Tiwari (@GaUrAv_Rck) reported@ViCustomerCare Your indoor coverage is bad , I was a Vodafone user from long but switched to airtel

Charchil Mehta (@charchilmehta) reported@ViCustomerCare Iโd like to draw attention to the Bihta area in Patna district, where NIT Patnaโs Bihta campus is located. With 4,000+ students, itโs disappointing that none of the major telecom operators provide proper 5G connectivity here. Airtel, Jio, everything sucks.

Arif (@Arifyaseen11) reportedBut vi customer care service is not quick They are making me wait a long time, and even then, they aren't connecting me to customer care. Please help.๐ @ViCustomerCare

Mohit Mittal (@M2mohitmittal) reported@ViCustomerCare You are changing exactly booked a sim online on 23 rd August and you are not able to deliver it till today. Customer care is pathetic as hell this is when someone buys a new fancy number and want to get on board on your network, you your self don't want customer.
-
Gill (@Hanjigill) reported@ViCustomerCare Instead of spending so much money on promotion, you should fix the network with that money. That would make a lot more sense.

Bartholomew J Basumatary ๐ฆ (@Bartholomew_46) reported@ViCustomerCare Since 2013, I have been using Vodafone Sim Card till date with starting digits 825888 โฆ.. Currently using it for Official purpose. There was one point of time, where the Vi network was completely shut down for months due to natural calamity in my place ! Thought of having it ported to JiO but something stopped me from doing it. I donโt know why Iโm still stuck with old Voda Sim but enjoying it โฆ keep it up @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @ViCustomerCare .. bring the change !!!

Thanasekar K (@thanasekar_) reported@ViCustomerCare Is this the change you have got? Really? We are expecting something that benefits customers who want to switch from other network. Since Airtel has raised minimum recharge plan to Rs.350/- We assume that you won't do the same mistake.

Diya ๐ฎ๐ณ (@Diyaa_speaks) reported@ViCustomerCare It would be far better to spend money on expanding 5G network coverage nationwide rather than wasting it on useless advertisements.
