    @ViCustomerCare very poor and pathetic service, chor company hai Customer ka pocket mai dhaketi daalti hai. I purchased a number rs 5900+300 and number got inactive with 3 days. Last 3 month mai customer care se followup le raha hu, but no one help me

    @ViCustomerCare, @vodafoneIN_Fdtn - WHEN WILL YOU RESOLVE VOICE & DATA ISSUE PERMANENTLY? I'm still struggling even though I'd a couple of discussions w/ support executives to resolve this but seems you're not bothering what consumer face and suffer. Need ur immediate assistance.

    @ViCustomerCare 3 days and you are unable to resolve a complaint for no incoming outgoing SMSes. any other service provider would resolve this in few hours. this for a longtime customer!!
