    @ViCustomerCare Our village is in rural area.There is no any tower of any mobile company .The population of our village is nearly 4000.The mobile holder are about 3500.But there is no connectivity of any network. So it is not easy to call,receive call,also no internet available

    @ViCustomerCare Useless services SIM card stopped working, tried 3 stores for SIM replacement, customer care rep said and bill shows SIM card charge levied, customer care is super useless, raised 3 service requests all closed automatically saying they could not reach me
