    @ViCustomerCare SR # - BHR-V00383245769. What is the status of this complaint. Still many people told us that your phone is not being connected, being told out of network coverage. People have tried to contact us 50 times but are unable to contact.

    @ViCustomerCare I have got 30+ calls from your team to ask / guide me to turn on my lte in phone settings. I am FED-UP of explaining to your people that I am on wifi & keep mobile data off to conserve battery. FED UP of requesting that I not be called again for this issue!!

    @ViCustomerCare What is going on. Internet is not working . Mob No: 8077719861 . I ported to VI this week and I am disappointed to be in VI family. I think this is the reason you are losing credibility. Fix the internet.

    @ViCustomerCare how other telecom operators r leading? Bcz they r giving best service experience! I ported in VI network through VI STORE BOKARO. Today I did tele verification at 4am. I didn't receive any FRC. At last after loosing hope, I went to VI STORE BOKARO at 11am 1 of 3
