    @ViCustomerCare Worst telecom company. I will suggest you to never join thi network. I am trying from 4day to connect with customers care but they always reply system is not working. I wonder why they seating there.😠😠

    @ViCustomerCare is your top management on high! You excluded outgoing sms from your basic packs. I'm using 2 vi no. From more thn 5 yrs. I nvr think about port no. Even your ntwrk sucks many time. but with your these type of cheap effort to make money. I'll definitely port.@TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare I know you have way too much govt due but that does not mean you automatically deduct money from prepaid account for service on my phone number that’s not even requested. Please deactivate caller tune and refund money to account.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia failed to resolve a simple SMS issues even after 1 month and so many followups. Their customer care team are so useless. @ViCustomerCare kindly see if you can arrange MNP. They need to learn how to treat customer well from you.
