@ViCustomerCare Recently got call from your agent Tanpreet and the call got disconnected by the agent without any resolution, it shows you're fraud people who don't care of your customers. @ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar The issue is still pending and your team is doing fake promises for resolution

@ViCustomerCare You have already lost me by using such deceptive means to retain a customer. A non vigilant customer would've sent that sms to realise his porting request was cancelled. Sad state of events.

@ViCustomerCare Network Is very poor. With the 4g recharge its giving 2g speed. What is this seriously. Who will opearte/work on your 2g speed. Look into this matter urgently as daily we are facing lot of issues because of this. This is going on from last coupl of days now.

@ViCustomerCare I can receive only WhatsApp call because "incoming facilities are not available on my number". Note : I am a postpaid customer of @VodafoneIN with no due for payment. Seriously, going through worst phase of service with Vodafone, despite a lot of assurances by the Company.
