@ViCustomerCare I'm not able to send any message since last 5-6 days, I have Rs. 150+ balance, SMSC is also correct. Tried reaching out to customer care but they are saying your issue will be resolved in next 5-6 days. Resolve this issue ASAP or I will switch to @reliancejio.

@ViCustomerCare Check your inbox for the location. Do something with the tower management. There's must be something with the person in charge of the tower. Most of the time it's shutting down.
