    @VodafoneIN You guys are really pathetic. No service since 2 hrs. Very slow 4G+ connectivity, Call drops. All stated issues are facing last 45 days in roaming where I need more connectivity because I am doing WFH. To tell all issue I am using @reliancejio. #QuitVodafone

    @ViCustomerCare As per the assurance given in DM the issue is supposed to be resolved on or before 10.19AM TODAY. But not yet resolved. Worst customer service and experience. If I’m not able to use the number why i should pay the monthly bill. It’s almost 7 days.

    @ViCustomerCare U guys do lots of drama online, that u offer this, that service. When it comes to reality it is just hollow. U don't have basic customer service resolution ethics. Look at the # of complaints on coverage that I have made & none of them is resolved,within 2 days u close complaint
