@ViCustomerCare There is an internet speed problem in my area I talked to the customer care services but there was no change in my internet speed but the speed of other networks like Jio is good either improve your network or tell me to change it if you can't improve your network.

@ViCustomerCare Without acknowledgement of the user, VAS are added and a charge of 49 from main balance was done by VI. Such a pathetic. Planning to switch other network that don't charge without any intimation and has good indoor network coverage. @reliancejio

@ViCustomerCare Worst customer care executive you have. Network mai koi improvement nhi hua, or aapke executive complain close kr dete hai, bat bhi bahut rude tarike se karte hai. Don't buy Vi sim, aap ko pareshan karne k liye hi ye company bani hai.
