    @ViCustomerCare yesterday I ported my sim from Airtel to vi and I think it's my biggest mistake ever you network is so weak that I am not been able to send a normal WhatsApp message it's take 1 minute to send a single "hello"

    @ViCustomerCare Horrible service from vodafone before the pack ends main bal is deducted n on doing recharge money is deducted frm account bt recharge is nt dne n dey say dey will refund within 7 wrkng days so now u dnt hv main bal n no rechrge all vi hs tkn

    @ViCustomerCare Vi is providing Very poor network coverage here in this Area since a long time probably I think this issue is not going to be solved because itself company's business structureb is in a huge loss so what to expect from this Sinking company so we don't need to stick to anymore

    @ViCustomerCare have recharged my data pack today. Amount has been deducted from bank account but my daya pack is not activated yet, and your customer care is telling it will take 3-7 days to resolve the issue. What to do till then?

    @ViCustomerCare I’m writing regarding the reference ROB-V00557608730. I’m currently on IR. From last 1 year struggling, not able to send messages. Balance is fluctuating. iMessege, facetime not working. Contacted many times to castomer services. Worst service ever.
