    @ViCustomerCare In absence of no call back, happened to call 198. Reason given for changing plan to higher value without my consent is additional benefits.Guys, I don't want them as of now. So, pls reinstate my original plans or else I shall port. Choosing plans is prerogative of customer only.

    @DoT_India i am not able to get information on my old account on which @ViCustomerCare is claiming to have outstanding but they are not able to fetch the 2-3 month historic payment data. Currently i am ported to @reliancejio network.
