    @satyamvarshney1 @ViCustomerCare Don't expect any services from Vi. They are worst service provider in telecom sector. To get replaced sim Card due to change of mobile device I am running piller to post without any result. Customer care executives are dumb asking same details without looking into their records.

    So I called Vi customer care and told my issue to the representative. She suggested me that I should just ignore the prompts (warnings) I’m getting to hear while calling people and get ahead with my life. What an idea, why didn’t I think of that! @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India I have requested for porting if my number from Vi to Airtel and submitted the required documents yesterday. Today i got a call from Vi back end team (as informed by customer care executive) asking to forward "CANCEL Mobile number" to 1900 and.....

    ...when I don't wa to be Vi customer why are you asking me to send this message as a part of process of porting request, he immediately disconnected the call. Is this the way @ViCustomerCare (Vi) going to retain customers using such fraudulent tactics?

    @ViCustomerCare Sorry as of now #Vi is not stable network at all and #Othernetworks are good at my location if you guys have arrange a network in my area trust me all other network users is on #Vi too so kindly understand that thank you.

    @ViCustomerCare No network inside my house after your tower was brought down in Ramnagar area of Surat from last six months. Contacted your store didn't get positive response instead was asked to change the network provider.
