@ViCustomerCare Very worst and poor service for such a customer who pays 449 for 2 months... 4g signal is very weak and goes to 3g all the time and sometimes goes to 2g.. very worst. Do something and improve your network instead of eating our money

Volte and Network issue. @ViCustomerCare I am facing the issue last 5 days and till now no resolution. My SR no is:APR-V00589988003. The issue is 1 )While am making and getting the calls the data has discounted automatically. 2 ) Inside my home the network not coming.

@ViCustomerCare I am just fed up with the network quality and coverage issues across Nagpur city, severe n/w fluctuations. Following up every 3/4months since 3+yrs now, nothing has changed much! At times n/w completely goes. Sim settngs done by Vi store person. #PoorNW
