@ViCustomerCare Hi....Sorry 2 say but post visit by your engineer couple of weeks after I am still facing the same Network issue at my place. On 11th Nov 2021 I again visited @ ur Vi store in Green park to report the same issue but haven't found a solution as yet. Request 2plz install a Booster.

@ViCustomerCare why you don't have sms service for base plans. Its an essential telcom service and at at best there should be pay as you go rates.
