@ViCustomerCare form 26th July2021 to till date I am facing very slow speed in my location. I have complained several times. Nobody is listening to me Neither appellate authority , social media support team nor customer care. Very disappointing. In DM I have shared my number.

@ViCustomerCare This company is definitely a sinking ship. My ordeal,for which I approached every level of the pyramid from the bottow level employees to the top management,noone even bothered to resolve my issue. For the whole two weeks,either my Outgoing was barred or Incoming.

@IndianCERT Can you'll work with @ViCustomerCare to get these phishing SMSes down. I've had two SMSes in the last 1 week, both from +91 9647XXXXXX numbers (#VodafoneIdea, West Bengal) phishing for bank details.
