    @ViCustomerCare I'll explain the exact issue. I'm paying for 4G but thanks to you I'm being provided only 3G services at max because your Indoor 4G coverage sucks. Complained about it on 11 Sept got a whopping 3 month deadline that my issue will be fixed. Now more than 3 months but still same.

    @vijay8186 @TelecomTalk @ViCustomerCare Then all customers will port. BSNL going to start 4G by January. Moreover some people says, #vi purposely doing to get max benefits from government. You can see they are not providing vowifi, if it’s then indoor coverage issues will be addressed. They are not showing interest.

    @ViCustomerCare I have been experiencing issue with my case for the past 5months. I am in UK since 2018 and have a Vi roaming activated. This Aug 2022 I visited India for vacation and after coming back in UK my India SIM is unable to get registered to any of the UK provider. No help from Vi

    @PalaniRaj_K @JioCare Don't port to @ViCustomerCare 2g network is better network providers than Vi. Bro works as 2g in 5g era. Worst ever.

    @ViCustomerCare Still not done yet. Your customer care executives are disrespectful and lairs. They insinuate that I should port out of Vodafone. 'this is where I agree with them.' 2. I can't use internet when I'm call. Because no one at vodafone understands what does VoLTE means! 'No surprise

    @ViCustomerCare 8954416258 was changed recently from prepaid to postpaid and I already paid security ₹500 at VI Store stadium Road Bareilly also paid my first generated bill ₹110 now due to unknown reason I am again getting sim card registration issue. Kindly fix it ASAP
