    @ViCustomerCare I want to port my current number 9740915017 from Vodafone(Vi) to another network provider.However while I'm trying to send Text message to 1900 to generate the Unique Porting Code-the SMS being sent is failing.. I hve 8 rs in my main balance and 38 Rs 2nd balance

    @ViCustomerCare You people are just pretending to help and solve customer's complains but in reality you are just looting customers by unethical practices and after multiple calls & tweets nothing is achieved except frustration on the customer's end.

    @ViCustomerCare(2/3)While I tried reaching out to customer care for assistance they bluntly said I will have to recharge for plan over Rs.129 and then I can send SMS. I don't think it's feasible to just recharge for 129 rs or above to send one text SMS while I just need to port.

    @ViCustomerCare WORST NETWORK IN INDIA, BASIC FUNCTION LIKE MAKING AND RECEIVING CALLS DOESN'T WORK. INTERNET....just forget about it...Stone Age internet service...WORST SERVICE PROVIDERS

    @ViCustomerCare Network is very unstable. Frequent Network failure and Network loss. Unstable data speed.

    @a3_adil @ViCustomerCare @dumpy Not with airtel but with BSNL. Airtel and #vi are like brothers, they together cheat. Actually #vi don’t have network team, they borrow from airtel.

    @ViCustomerCare Absurd behavior by VI. Randomly a service was activated on my father's number about some sports plan. When I called the customer care and asked them to escalate the issue to an senior I was put on hold for 10 mins with no response

    @ViCustomerCare Being a customer of Vi now,and vodafone before I am extremely dissatisfied with the way they are closing their postpaid plan and offering new plans, without discussion,only through sms. The new plans have higher rentals .In my case it has increased by Rs200.
