@VodafoneIN Vodafone service is really pathetic in gonda up. I am unable to use net . I am not sure why am I paying so much. After you call customer care,they say they are working on improving and it's one year and result is same. Will disconnect soon . And will close all .

@VodafoneIN @VodafoneIN please don’t come with #5G as your #4G is still working like #2G one of the #worst Internet speeds one can provide. Absolutely #unreliable and does not work even with all the network bars! #pathetic @DoT_India

@ViCustomerCare 9881741332 is an postpaid idea customer since last 15 yrs. The phone was lost & new sim was requested. It’s been more than 8 hrs & sim is not activated yet. The customer is super disappointed with IVR as there is no option to get any update on SIM card activation.

@ViCustomerCare hi I am Fed up of your network from so many days. Your network shifts suddenly to 2g from 4g and most often stays in that mode for hours. Why increased tariffs when you can't improve ur service. Solve my problem please or other wise I have to discontinue with u.
