@VodafoneIN Vodafone service is really pathetic in gonda up. I am unable to use net . I am not sure why am I paying so much. After you call customer care,they say they are working on improving and it's one year and result is same. Will disconnect soon . And will close all .

I am receiving all messages except OTP from ICICI bank. I receive OTPs from other banks & I receive all messages from ICICI except OTP. @ICICIBank_Care says that they are sending the OTPs as well. So, the problem is with my service provider @ViCustomerCare Please Decide!

Dear @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare my plan is ending in 4 days your service is not constant and very poor tell me reason to not port out to other network. You guys hiked the charges ended the 4gb pack and service quality is on decline

@ViCustomerCare So as per your Resolution you will be sending legal notice to the Caller or sender of that particular SMS only. So every time a new person or marketing agent sends me a message or gives me a call I should be registering a complaint for each one of them???
