@ViCustomerCare Been an investor and loyal customer to vi today in my whole life i never regret anything but having a vi card i recharged my phone with 99 rs but i cant even send one sms to bank to activate my account they are telling to recharge my phone again with 129 rs 😭 that's 230 rs

@ViCustomerCare Nadim What i have shared is not an issue. Its your regular service. Its been like this for 2.5 months now. It only works fine intermittently Actually i think i should start reporting issue when your network works fine so that you can make sure ur engg put it back to low speed
