    @VodafoneIN Vodafone service is really pathetic in gonda up. I am unable to use net . I am not sure why am I paying so much. After you call customer care,they say they are working on improving and it's one year and result is same. Will disconnect soon . And will close all .

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneProbs @rmstakkar one Mr Avinash Mum central VI gallery refuses to help.We have been paying Rs 320 pm since 4 yrs inspite of the No being inoperative on account of 2 gSim and the person refuses to issue 4g card. The No belongs to a 75 yr old Sr Citizen.

    @ViCustomerCare Customer is never your priority. I ported to Vi from BSNL thinking that they will be good at service but this was the most regretful decision. @ViCustomerCare just waste the time of customer. Since past 6 month I have been complaining about my issue but Nothing Resolved.

    3/N @ViCustomerCare the store guys have the servers down 9 out of 10 times and of no use. What do you expect from people that If they are opting for Vi number they should be dedicatedly following for the nonsense your customer services has to offer.
