    @VodafoneIN Vodafone service is really pathetic in gonda up. I am unable to use net . I am not sure why am I paying so much. After you call customer care,they say they are working on improving and it's one year and result is same. Will disconnect soon . And will close all .

    @ViCustomerCare I’ve successfully completed survival in spite of Network issues, complaints are not addressed, calls are dropping, no call completed without problem. Vi is succeeded to push people more towards internet calls instead of GSM calls.

    @ViCustomerCare Basically such system generated replies and unresponsive service has hurt your business. I have done reporting SPAM to operator. Now action has to be taken by operator only. Also shall raise this issue with TRAI.
