    @mymoviecaps @ViCustomerCare I need only outgoing calls. No need data. 199 for 28 days, can't afford it. Kindly consider poor and middle class customers. BSNL rs.49.. 100minuts ..24days or Rs.118 unlimited calls 26days Jio offer rs.329 unlimited calls 84 days. I'm confused which operator to choose

    Am a @ViCustomerCare user since 1996. Vodafone, orange, hutch, your brands changed but I didn't. But I am truly fed up now and am going to port my 6 numbers. Pathetic support when one needs it but daily unnecessary calls from your vendors even tho we are on DND.

    I have been a loyal customer to your services since past 5+ years. Post paid and premium services but what should I do when I dont get OTP's and when you deliver it after 4 hours you deliver it, all reason. Suggest 1 reason @ViCustomerCare to not to move to another operator?

    @ViCustomerCare Had enough of patience testing. Sorry to say but you will be losing your valuable customers if this is how you deal with others as well. I will definitely port to @reliancejio now. You have worst customer service.
