  Dear @ViCustomerCare , It's been 2 months since I got a Vi SIM. I've raised the same complaint twice, but nothing has changed. I can't even receive a single OTP or any service/banking message properly because there's hardly any network. But somehow, the bills always arrive on time. And if I don't pay immediately, I get reminder calls. Worst telecom experience I've ever had. #Vi #Telecom #CustomerService

  My maa has a Vi sim and the service is a joke. I've asked her to change providers so many times but she wants to stick to it. @ViCustomerCare is so far back on the caring for the customer scale it makes me furious!!

  @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia Zero network of Vodafone from since morning. The issue has become so common that every other day network goes away for sometime.
