    @ViCustomerCare Hi,had complained reg Data & network issue during rains on 1st Nov. Phone call issue has been sorted out but still the data issue is pending. Unable to send or receive even basic whatsapp messages.Kindly do the needful and please solve it immediately. Thx

    @ViCustomerCare it's been 6 days, since I am behind you guys to restart my services, also visited VI store in Kundanahalli Bangalore. Everytime I am getting a new complaint id instead of resolution. The worst experience with any network ever, hoping for the solution..
