@VodafoneIN @TRAI @DoT_India Bad network in my village sotwa Domariaganj district siddharthnagar UP Pin code 272191 Since two week. I complain several time and you return only hope. If resolve my problem otherwise we will port the network.

@ViCustomerCare Agent Name unknown it's your corporate office 09594004000 9.12 am today. A CORPORATE OFFICE DOESN'T KNOW ABOUT ITS OWN COMPANY AND SHE EXPECTS ME TO UNDERSTAND AND CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE. I DID THAT ALSO NOW THE CUSTOMER CARE SAID TO CALL THE VODAFONE STORE.

@ViCustomerCare NOW MY QUESTION IS YOUR CORPORATE OFFICE CAN'T ANSWER, YOUR CUSTOMER CARE CANT ANSWER. NOW DO YOU Expect ME understand that your Vi store to know what all office and branches Vi has. When the company's corporate office has no clue.

@ViCustomerCare So, this is the resolution they gave, go to a near by Vi store(i.e. 78km away) and get my sim checked, buy a new sim because it's old(bought in 2018) that could be a fault. Do not expect refund. Thank you so much Vi for helping me.

@ViCustomerCare More then 12 hours are over still there is no response and u all say it a good company. I will call it a hell of a company who doesn't know customer service. @rmstakkar CEO is also of no use. Just made a Twitter I'd but work zero
