    @ViCustomerCare I don't see a point in staying with Vi, i compromised on 5G when every other network is already there. And now a simple issue takes 5 days to be resolved. I need to pay off a loan to which I need the OTP. Are you going to bear the 5 days interest for it? Totally disappointed!!

    @ViCustomerCare Please help me out by allowing me to Port out of VI so that I can use eSim from another operator on my phone. I am not getting any support from VI at all regarding my issues which I feel is unfair on part of the service provider. @DoT_India @jagograhakjago

    @ViCustomerCare I have also de-linked my secondary number from the existing plan by converting that number to Prepaid. Now I don't think there should be any further issues but still there are some pending contractual obligations at your end.

    @ViCustomerCare If you want to help, first take her down from that position. The way she talks, I'm pretty sure she doesn't have the basic qualification to be a customer support representative. Otherwise every single customer to whom she will be assigned, they will ditch Vodafone just like me.

    @ViCustomerCare incoming calls are getting cut when I pick up. I'm not able to place calls properly as well. Please fix this asap!

    @ViCustomerCare That is what someone did the last time too when I raised this issue. I was assured that the company will take the feedback strongly and rectify this practice, but look now it's same as before. I think it's high time for people to port out from your network.

    @ViCustomerCare I have to Port my existing VI postpaid number to Jio Postpaid, since VI is not providing eSim for my new Mobile phone. All my past bills have been cleared and I'm ready to clear any further dues necessary. Please help me out as UPC is not getting generated.
