@VodafoneIN @TRAI @DoT_India Bad network in my village sotwa Domariaganj district siddharthnagar UP Pin code 272191 Since two week. I complain several time and you return only hope. If resolve my problem otherwise we will port the network.

@bharatbhoi74 @ViCustomerCare It totally depends on location where we use. If it looks worse as you said I definitely change the network. But for now in my location I used jio, bsnl, and airtel. Airtel as primary. jio removed and now bsnl to Vi.

@ViCustomerCare Third Grade. Worst Company. No smooth working for seniors and handicapped people. Customer care is made up of Unknowledgeable people, seniors who dont have any authority to solve problems. Sitting Ducks.

I have done recharge of 50 rs on my idea number and got talktime of 39 rs still not able to make calls .They are asking to recharge again for 49 rs to make call which will give talktime of just 38 rs. need to stop operator for making customer fools @ViCustomerCare @MoitOfficial
