    @jerrfernandes @ViCustomerCare I think that's why more of their customer are going to jio and airtel... If they want do business and survive the telecom industry they really need to upgrade their game Or get back to old vodafone which they were 10 year ago

    @ViCustomerCare Unable to activate imessage & FaceTime on iphone13. Trying for the past 7 days but unsuccessful. Contacted @AppleSupport & they confirmed issue with the carrier i.e. VI. When I insert @reliancejio sim it get activated immediately. Fix it or port to Jio. Yr choice.
