    @philipjourno @ViCustomerCare The sad irony is... the experience has IMPROVED in our building. I have an accounting problem. A tiny, SIMPLE a/cs matter (for VI) which we want to correct. But they will NOT solve it. Airtel is ready to start afresh. But VI doesn't care. Feel sad to leave... But no other go.

    If anyone terminate their service with Vi, there is a deposit refund. It never reaches the customer. It is informed that the cheque will be handed over to the nearby stores. If we can get the information RTI to check who the real recipient is? @TRAI @ViCustomerCare @JioCare

    @ViCustomerCare facing network issue from last 3 months. It takes more then a minute to connect a call. Non of your agent solve this . It is happening after your merging. Don't want to change my number or port but I feel that is necessary now.
