    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India @TRAI again same problem facing within two days.Unable to send sms, when I try to send sms, just failed & now i didn't get any incoming sms, like otp, frnds-family sms. I recharged my number with ₹399 Today i'm facing both problem Wrost service from VI

    @ViCustomerCare Airtel and Jio are mushrooming everywhere. While it’s difficult to find a VI store near us. You are literally forcing us to port to other networks. If you don’t want to invest in VI store Realestate, that’s absolutely fine, you can have service home delivered.

    @ViCustomerCare Me since so many days trying to make direct talk with customer executive but not able to establish connection. Just keep hearing recoded msg. I think bad customer service is a big resoan of VI downfall

    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS Least bothered about customers. All I keep hearing is go to vi store where the I'm in no position to make it. Worst service ever and not accountable. Please disappear from the Indian market. #vodafoneidea
