    @ViCustomerCare please understand, I don’t need to give explanation to every VI employees about why I am porting. STOP HARASSING YOUR CUSTOMERS!!! @TRAI should make sure customers are not harassed by network providers.

    @ViCustomerCare your process to switch from post paid to pre paid is pain and time beyond expectations... @vodafone store is adamant to process which asked customer to come again after 4 hours &again the next day coz u cannot handle more than 2 nos. In 1 day. Very bad experience
