  @ViCustomerCare I already recharge my account 599 rupees pack. I got payment confirmation receipt but my pack does not reflected. My number's outgoing and data services are discontinued. This is my 1st time recharge in VI network and I suffered very bad.

  @ViCustomerCare this is not the first time. They are looting money. No proper response from VI, if we call to customer care they will transfer the call then end it without answering you. they will not raise ant complaint also
