Dear @VodafoneIN I dialed to 199 two times in a week for some query, but the response I received was worst. It seems that their is network issue in your customer care service as well. Please look into this matter.

Big network issues from last two days, internet speed slowing around 1.1 kbps to 15kbps, @jio @VodafoneIN solve this issue ASAP.

@ViCustomerCare I keep getting subscribed to caller tunes packs. I nvr initiate these transactions. Everytime I send the SMS to Stop the service, I get a followup message stating that you have received my request for a caller tune. I do not want any VAS. Please put an end to this

@ViCustomerCare hey guys you seriously need to stop the covid caller tune. In times of emergency it’s such a waste of time. Atleast give an option to skip it if you can’t stop it. Every time I call someone I gotta hear the covid awareness.
