    Dear @VodafoneIN I dialed to 199 two times in a week for some query, but the response I received was worst. It seems that their is network issue in your customer care service as well. Please look into this matter.

    I feel sorry for @vicustomercare team. Their network is so bad that customer has no option but to complain and show anger. But company is in such financial mess that they can't do anything to improve service.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI But you don't pay any attention to the network in rural areas. We made only one mistake. I got Airtel sim port switched to VE. I thought your network will be so good that there will be no problem in calls and internet.

    @ViCustomerCare worst network in india why do bot close your company and start another business. why ? i am not suggesting any one for taking VI network bracause your internet and network not working properly I am so frustrated from your VI
