    Big network issues from last two days, internet speed slowing around 1.1 kbps to 15kbps, @jio @VodafoneIN solve this issue ASAP.

    @ViCustomerCare Because of your inefficient staff and poor service why I should suffer . At your store there are six counter but only two staff are working . Now because of staff mistake my new SIM are not activated . My sms are blocked .

    @ViCustomerCare One of the worst service provider . Today I have replace my POST PAID SIM around 4 pm and I have wasted 1 hours for documents verification and photo . Now when I inquired on 199 for my new SIM activation they told me that your documentation are pending.

    @ViCustomerCare ur Bannerghatta store refusing to give prepaid sim.1st they tell u no prepaid sim. Once u insist, they tell u bio not matching!So surprised! Went to take a prepaid but couldn't get.Was told go for postpaid. Subtly! Terrible!Manjunath store guy. @TRAI @airtelindia

    @ViCustomerCare @G_is_here VI tech team are bunch of liars only they are non tech persons and claiming to be a tech team they doesn't stuck on their words from last 2 years they are not able to fix a issue of network dropping and fluctuations.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare very bad service. Since Yesterday my Sim showing no network. I contacted vi many times but no help. Now I went to the VI customer service, they are asking me 100 rupees to issue a new Sim. Why should I pay. This is total cheating. Voda idea is cheater.
