Dear @VodafoneIN I dialed to 199 two times in a week for some query, but the response I received was worst. It seems that their is network issue in your customer care service as well. Please look into this matter.

@ViCustomerCare Hi Team, Tried to reach you guys to discuss about the recharge failure (can’t say failure as I got the receipt) but couldn’t able to . Did a prepaid recharge for 379 through Vi app and payment was successful but the service not resumed.

Customers who pay you must be treated with the utmost respect! We have a number of options! I really thought Vi has improved! Very, very disappointing!
