    Dear @VodafoneIN I dialed to 199 two times in a week for some query, but the response I received was worst. It seems that their is network issue in your customer care service as well. Please look into this matter.

    @VodafoneIN @Idea It’s shameful what your customer service does with denying responsibility or offering to help. Just passing you on to an email address, which I bet is not even monitored.

    @ViCustomerCare Is this how you help your old customers? My dad lost his SIM card, and he went to a Vi Store, got the new card issued, but it didn’t activate. On enquiring, the store said “the document verification failed as the system cannot find associated docs.”
