    Dear @VodafoneIN I dialed to 199 two times in a week for some query, but the response I received was worst. It seems that their is network issue in your customer care service as well. Please look into this matter.

    @VodafoneIN @Idea It’s shameful what your customer service does with denying responsibility or offering to help. Just passing you on to an email address, which I bet is not even monitored.

    Big network issues from last two days, internet speed slowing around 1.1 kbps to 15kbps, @jio @VodafoneIN solve this issue ASAP.

    @sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Has happened to me few years ago. Even after paying the dues, i was called up repeatedly by some law firm in Jaipur on behalf of Vodafone. Was made to pay random crap "or else case in Jaipur court" .

    @sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI same here. The harassment actually starts from the time you send the PORT message. Even if you decline politely, they keep calling continuously. Infact, they decline the port request falsely in the first attempt stating customer is ok to stay

    @sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI I have regular issues with Voda & the database issue you mention, identical! Their service is JUST TERRIBLE. When they say will revert, they call at their convenience once, or maybe not even that. But if you can't speak then too bad. It's their convenience all the way......

    @sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Entire mobile service providers in India are fraud due to flawed policy with multiple loopholes. They provide actually 2G but charges 4G. Checkout with any US, Europe providers.

    @sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI for any provider you have to disable all possible items that you dont want from their product/service...they keep stuff "on" by default so if you dont disable it, then you get charged. look out for that ticked checkbox in a random corner before clicking submit...
