    Dear @VodafoneIN I dialed to 199 two times in a week for some query, but the response I received was worst. It seems that their is network issue in your customer care service as well. Please look into this matter.

    Big network issues from last two days, internet speed slowing around 1.1 kbps to 15kbps, @jio @VodafoneIN solve this issue ASAP.

    @VodafoneIN @Idea It’s shameful what your customer service does with denying responsibility or offering to help. Just passing you on to an email address, which I bet is not even monitored.

    @TelecomTalk But im in Andhra pradesh State at West Godavari District, But I'm facing network issues.. Always my network goes to H+ and then there is no Internet connection.. @VodafoneIN_News @ViCustomerCare ..and while call placing the vl network goes to idea 2G network..

    @ViCustomerCare @PrakashJavdekar today i received this msg "Dear Customer Your SIM Documents Has Been Pending Please Call Our Customer Care No 7846894018 Immediately Your SIM Will Be Deactivate 24 Hrs Thank You." can you suggest what is the matter..?

    @ViCustomerCare i recharged my Secondary VI sim Twice worth 100rs still out going call on my number are closed i tried call customer care but Didn't get any response kindly help The 199 says recharge to continue the service wich i did allready helP

    @ViCustomerCare , how do i connect to you over land line. I did a SIM exchange and no network on new sim. Got Confirmation of over email about SIMEX. pl help ... not able to get any OTPs , nothing so Much for #DigitalIndia
