@ViCustomerCare I am facing bad network in vi sim. I called customer care a number of times, but nothing happens. Everytime, they told me to wait for about a week. Last time they asked me to wait for 18 jan, till they solve issue. But issue is not solved.

@ViCustomerCare specific customer care numbers and it worked fine. With this pathetic experience, let me ask you 1.Why not just give the city specific customer care numbers instead of 199/198 which dont work 2. Do you guys even care about the trouble people face on these numbers!
