    Dear @VodafoneIN I dialed to 199 two times in a week for some query, but the response I received was worst. It seems that their is network issue in your customer care service as well. Please look into this matter.

    @VodafoneIN @Idea It’s shameful what your customer service does with denying responsibility or offering to help. Just passing you on to an email address, which I bet is not even monitored.

    @ViCustomerCare I was sent a bill of 14450 but later i was told it was indeed 18980. My services were barred so i had to pay the bill even though my case was under investigation. Worst service provider who is looting the customer

    @ViCustomerCare You check my previous complaints. You have everything. Just don't do time pass. Do some work go to previously provided information. Note: this not problem for single or specific locations. For how many places I give details like house no. etc.

    @ViCustomerCare iam staying in Navi Mumbai, it's not a remote area, but your internet is too slow it feels like iam using 3G, i tried to be ur loyal customer i didn't change my SIM to Airtel or Jio, but I can't defend you now your network is filled with so many glitches
