    Dear @VodafoneIN I dialed to 199 two times in a week for some query, but the response I received was worst. It seems that their is network issue in your customer care service as well. Please look into this matter.

    Big network issues from last two days, internet speed slowing around 1.1 kbps to 15kbps, @jio @VodafoneIN solve this issue ASAP.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Need a resolution within 24 hours, otherwise would port all my 4 number to some other network, I know it won’t affect you guys, you have millions of users, but in future I’ll make sure to recommend others not to go for Vi.

    @ViCustomerCare Indoor network coverage at my Mumbai residence has gone from bad to worse since last few days..forget call drops I cant even connect calls now..thank god i have another service provider mobile to which I have diverted calls from Vi mobile..👎👎👎👎

    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India Issues remains UNRESOLVED as earlier. Lackadaisical Attitude adopted by @ViCustomerCare in dealing with the matter of concern of customers. BTW, ऐसे cheating करके कितना कमा लेते हैं आप लोग ! Why don't U allow recharge thru main balance, after all money in MB belongs 2 customers!
