@VodafoneIN @Idea It’s shameful what your customer service does with denying responsibility or offering to help. Just passing you on to an email address, which I bet is not even monitored.

Big network issues from last two days, internet speed slowing around 1.1 kbps to 15kbps, @jio @VodafoneIN solve this issue ASAP.

@ViCustomerCare worst company ever -went to convert my prepaid number to postpaid and they said they cannot do it as a bill is pending ?? How can it be possible since the number has been a prepaid since date of activation

@ViCustomerCare I am still waiting for this for last 6 months and slowly losing hope. I have 4 GB per day day in both my connection, which I am not able to use. Seems no one care here? Im with Vi for last 7 years,never see this poor response. So you just want me to keep on paying without usage

@ViCustomerCare Even after 10 days there is no change in there network issue . Same as usual slow and poor network internet speed . Only the formalities are done with us. If our network problem will no be solved as soon as possible in our area , we all will change the sim to jio.

@ViCustomerCare worse service experience ever. I tried to deactivate my SIM card and give 2-3 time applications in written. But still I am receiving bills. I paid more than 1 year bills for that sim which I never used and deactivated.
