Dear @VodafoneIN I dialed to 199 two times in a week for some query, but the response I received was worst. It seems that their is network issue in your customer care service as well. Please look into this matter.

@TRAI For sending Port SMS also Vodafone charging money. To send single SMS customer Need to recharge minimum 140 and above. Why they are charging for PORT sms . @ViCustomerCare

Dear @ViCustomerCare I want to activate upi but I can't because of your ****** services which don't allow a person to send message using talk time n minimum amount of doing an sms is 128 so.That's why your users are less than any other network.

@ViCustomerCare If Vodaphone want grow their business so to do sometihng benificial for customer but dont make problem for them.. I have balance in my account even then i can not do SMS for SMS i will have to do another Rs 150/- recharge.
