    Dear @VodafoneIN I dialed to 199 two times in a week for some query, but the response I received was worst. It seems that their is network issue in your customer care service as well. Please look into this matter.

    @VodafoneIN @Idea It’s shameful what your customer service does with denying responsibility or offering to help. Just passing you on to an email address, which I bet is not even monitored.

    @ViCustomerCare You admitted the store agent’s error, yet my number 79765XXXXX is still suspended. No incoming/outgoing calls and no resolution. Kindly restore services immediately instead of giving contradictory responses.
