    @VodafoneIN @Idea It’s shameful what your customer service does with denying responsibility or offering to help. Just passing you on to an email address, which I bet is not even monitored.

    Dear @VodafoneIN I dialed to 199 two times in a week for some query, but the response I received was worst. It seems that their is network issue in your customer care service as well. Please look into this matter.

    Big network issues from last two days, internet speed slowing around 1.1 kbps to 15kbps, @jio @VodafoneIN solve this issue ASAP.

    @58_BSSB @ViCustomerCare yes that why i was change 5 yr befor pot from Vodafone to idia , but unfotunately Vodafne cheater is merged with Idia , now the good will & better service for idia is also down ....

    @ViCustomerCare That personnel of yours, also stated that, I need to pay INR 75 for new Vi sim + INR 150 for recharging this new sim. What kind of loot is this ? I have already recharged my Idea sim few days ago ... why do I need to pay for your existing bad efficiency ?

    @ViCustomerCare Hello Team, what is the process of getting a new sim card as my old one is damaged. I don’t want to port to new provider and want to continue with Vodafone. I m based out of Gurgaon & have a prepaid number . Is there any home delivery service available ?

    @ViCustomerCare To (hopefully) resolve this issue, I visited the nearby Vi Store. Your personnel there, told me this ... "As you don't have a Vi sim, if the network bars vanish on your phone, you may lose your number for ever." Now, what can you explain about this threat ?
