    Dear @VodafoneIN I dialed to 199 two times in a week for some query, but the response I received was worst. It seems that their is network issue in your customer care service as well. Please look into this matter.

    @VodafoneIN @Idea It’s shameful what your customer service does with denying responsibility or offering to help. Just passing you on to an email address, which I bet is not even monitored.

    I had ported to @ViCustomerCare, three days back, I was getting incoming call only from few numbers. Others are telling, when they call to my number it is telling, this number is not in use. I had raised this complaint 2 tims, they msged me it is resolved, but it hasn't resolved.

    @ViCustomerCare BSDK people call your customer care center So say welcome to Ookla's Best Network. And your network is not of two penny..!! When brother-in-law can't give the right network, why don't they close their shop?
