    @VodafoneIN @Idea It’s shameful what your customer service does with denying responsibility or offering to help. Just passing you on to an email address, which I bet is not even monitored.

    Dear @VodafoneIN I dialed to 199 two times in a week for some query, but the response I received was worst. It seems that their is network issue in your customer care service as well. Please look into this matter.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India How many agents will keep calling the spammer’s number “my number”? This is either pure carelessness or deliberate. +918691859317 belongs to Vi and is used for marketing calls. Read the complaint properly for once.

    @ViCustomerCare I submitted a port-out request days ago to move my Vi postpaid number to Airtel postpaid. Airtel SIM has already been delivered, yet Vi hasn’t deactivated my connection, leaving me unable to use the new SIM. Customer support has been of absolutely no help.

    @ViCustomerCare since morning There is not interested net in my both the mobile number i had raised a complaint in the vi app and called the customer care were Mahi had not able to find the problem and holder for 27 min and then transfered some senior were they also not able to

    now. Very bed experience please don't use the VI network very bed work, they promised give a good network but it is completed fake promises so don't use this network. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare No Resolution Yet. Daily Data Limit is exhausted and now I'm not able to use Internet. Your so called Unlimited 5G is just Lie.

    Hello @ViCustomerCare . I have an active Vi plan that includes voice, SMS and data connection till 28th August. But why my service is stopped on 26th 12 AM? I have an active portout request from Vi, but my connection should be active till portout process is not completed.
