    Dear @VodafoneIN I dialed to 199 two times in a week for some query, but the response I received was worst. It seems that their is network issue in your customer care service as well. Please look into this matter.

You can also check for outages on Downdetector. If needed, other telecoms like Airtel (Airtel_Presence) or Vi (ViCustomerCare) might have alternatives. Hope it resolves soon!
