    Dear @VodafoneIN I dialed to 199 two times in a week for some query, but the response I received was worst. It seems that their is network issue in your customer care service as well. Please look into this matter.

    @ViCustomerCare I never seen a such a poor service support from VI customer care. I log a complaint against the wrong amount added in my invoice 10 days ago. But still did not get any reply to me.Guys never buy any service from VI.

    @ViCustomerCare Last one month issue is not solves for wrong international roaming pack activated. Emails are not responded. Very poor service to a corporate customer.
