    @VodafoneIN @Idea It’s shameful what your customer service does with denying responsibility or offering to help. Just passing you on to an email address, which I bet is not even monitored.

    @ViCustomerCare Dear sir, it's really shocking that despite my recharge for Rs 128/- you have deducted Rs 6/- from my main balance instead of recharge amount. It's not good to happen with a very old and senior citizen customer Please revert the account of Rs6/- in my main balance

    @ViCustomerCare I have activated an international roaming plan and it's not working at all. It's for 3000 I don't even have network bars let alone internet. Have raised a complaint, please deactivate this plan it's been 2 days already of this not working
