    Dear @VodafoneIN I dialed to 199 two times in a week for some query, but the response I received was worst. It seems that their is network issue in your customer care service as well. Please look into this matter.

    @VodafoneIN @Idea It’s shameful what your customer service does with denying responsibility or offering to help. Just passing you on to an email address, which I bet is not even monitored.

    @ViCustomerCare I have just ported to Vodafone from Vi store,Kollam(Thevally, near Collectorate) in Kerala. I had paid for the first recharge and they haven't done it yet. There is no way to contact them. Please help.

    @ViCustomerCare I’ve already shared a contactable WhatsApp number with @ViCustomerCare and had a word with a representative as well but that didn’t solve the problem. Retaining the number is very important for me and because of not having it currently I am facing huge problems on a daily basis.
