    @ViCustomerCare 9792309178 it's my Vi number. I was called to your customer care but she advised me to be online on call but she doesn't respond till 20 nin. I am also existing shareholder of this company. You guys treating customer like this. Shameful and undesirable.

    @VodafoneIN Your customer Care executives are manner less. They didn’t resolve the issues of customer apart from it they are suggesting us to change our number. Awaiting for quick reply and strict action against customer care executive

    @VodafoneIN Hello In my issue their could be a problem in my sim. I went to nearest Vodafone store but they said that they can’t change it. My humble request is kindly change/ upgrade my postpaid sim from nearest store or from my home.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare , My father, who was the account holder of our family postpaid numbers, has recently passed away. Due to this sudden crisis, we couldn't pay the 2 months' bill and are facing severe financial distress. Customer service is threatening to disconnect all numbers. We want to clear the dues and transfer the ownership, but we need emotional and financial breathing room. Please help us temporarily freeze outgoing charges and clear dues without disconnecting our lines.

    @ViCustomerCare I have recharged 399 rupees now, but my internet is not working. I tried to reach 191 and 121, but I couldn't connect with the agent, there's no problem with my mobile, problem VI network, Please solve issues
