Drop a mail to them with screenshot of your phone settings with a 4G network without VoLTE. Mention your phone model too in the mail and also scrshot of their site with volte compatibility.

I checked on which all numbers it is happening and turned out on calling any Vodafone number i have to listen ur 399 ad first and them call connects. Will you please take this complaint forward 🙏🏻
