Drop a mail to them with screenshot of your phone settings with a 4G network without VoLTE. Mention your phone model too in the mail and also scrshot of their site with volte compatibility.

She was taking back her deceased husband's number as a remembrance. The vi store at nalasopara west didnt inform her about the 451 plan. Is this how VI is happy to help?
