    @ViCustomerCare Manager or even a person who could speak and understand English. I told him that I am recording this call and would post this online but he was least bothered and then again transferred me the IVR. If this is the kind of service you have stooped down to then no wonder you're in

    @ViCustomerCare all but atleast I got to know why my Rs 55 recharge was reversed. The senior executive Sahil Dayma was also very rude and refused to take my complaint regarding yesterday's incident despite me calling on the 198 complaint line. He also refused to transfer me to his supervisor or
