@ViCustomerCare This is unacceptable for a customer who has beenwith the network for over 10 years. CC is giving up instead of actively trying to resolve the problem,keep sending the same process documents repeatedly and asking to recharge multiple times with different plans, without solution.

Today I had call with Deepika a social media representative of @ViCustomerCare she said within 72hrs they deliver the sim but even after 72hrs not received the sim lol see even before I started using their sim this is the service im getting and other than that what I got to know

Is @ViCustomerCare serious? My SIM isn't working in Canada, and I’m being told I have to visit an Indian store in person to fix it or my blood relatives. Who flies across the world for a SIM issue? I need my OTPs and roaming fixed NOW. Help me resolve this.#vi#vodafoneidea
