    Hi @ViCustomerCare i reacharged my mom's vi sim card today for 50 rs talktime so atleast I can call her now its showing the ac bal as some 39 rupees but on Calling they say reacharge first the call ... neither calls are being connected nor received by it please resolve my issue

    Worst support from the VI team for my VI Postpaid. Raise to deactivate the card but still paying bills from last 1 yr. Vodafone Idea Account No: - 171205552. I know here as well getting nothing but still raising. @ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar

    @ViCustomerCare Read the msg plz. Issue is already elaborated! I expect a waiver of the late fee.. Second i expect a refund of the monthly bills I paid for the DATA as you are unable to provide me with the basic internet also... Such that not even getting the way out pay the bill, hence delayed!
