@TRAI @ViCustomerCare so apparently Vodafone is deducting balance in the name of VAS even when customer doesn't request for the services. Their customer service representative informed me that this is a known issue. They do not refund customers unless a customer calls and cancels

It's this due to issue of indus tower and @ViCustomerCare , Which is causing tower problem of VI and will close VI as telecom operator

Port in to @ViCustomerCare network Today itself, Used 200 MB NOW no mobile data , can't access mobile data on any app, or website.... Other VI users are using it fine... Only SIM in mobile, headset is dual 4G VoLTE, updated with Android 12. Checked setting Mobile data roaming etc
