After 2-3 DMs these @ViCustomerCare people not at all responding. Now the data plan not visible in my account. Don't know how they deactivated my data even if I have data plan till 19th July. Very disappointed by the response and they need 4-5 days to look into the issue 😰

@ViCustomerCare This is really frustrating.. When I am using Vi then why do I need to buy data from other network?? My data is now wasted because I’m not able to use it till now.
