    @ViCustomerCare The balance is credited. So according to you, some services may still get activated even if VAS is stopped? You can check the history, previously also 11₹ ,21₹ deductions have happened inspite of assurance that these things will never happen in future.

    @ViCustomerCare I've been giving time since a year now. No improvement yet. How much more time do you want? We are in a pandemic & if there arises some emergency where I have to call the ambulance, the patient might die till I call!! Such poor service Vi is providing! #vi #Vodafone #idea

    Hey @VodafoneIN @idea_cares @Idea from past 2 hours there isn't any service available over in town. Showing emergency calls only. Whats the issue l?? It always happens atleast once in a day. Really #vodafoneidea is worst network... #idea

    @ViCustomerCare I am using idea network from past 20 years from beginning idea entered in the market and what perks I am getting against my trust from past 7-8 days I am getting atleast 10-15 spam calls in a single day now I am thinking of shifting to new network due to this
