    After months of bad service from @ViCustomerCare I had no choice but to apply for porting to @Airtel_Presence from the group I was part of in Vi. I got the NOC on the company letterhead and submitted it duly through #Airtel to #Vi. And this is the response they have sent me

    What would you do @ViCustomerCare if someone is harassing you for the whole day? My family member has received around 25 calls from Vi today asking for the reason for porting out. It’s customer’s wish to do so, pls. stop the harassment ASAP. #portout #improveservice

    @ViCustomerCare Here at reusa sitapur up pin 261205 there are no network signal and no connectivity for2.30 hours ,hence vi app is saying that signals are god ..what th problem

    @ViCustomerCare I do not know how you will solve my problem, if we are not able to recharge and use 2Gb data, then more people will be troubled by this problem, problems are many, there is no hearing, network problem told, then customer care people said wait for 90 days, 7081394539 my vi number

    Request @TRAI to take strict action in this regard. Also a note for many others who are stuck with bad service from @ViCustomerCare to note that they would use every silly reason to deny a porting and also not attend to any service request you would raise

    Yet they have offered this silly reason to purposefully reject a genuine porting request to deny my the opportunity for a better service. Despite all the norms out in place @ViCustomerCare seems to use its position to abuse and deny the request I have duly raised

    @ViCustomerCare also my hotspot vodafone machine rarely works so some issue with data in vodafone . For a year and a half now. Wanted so much money.
