@ViCustomerCare @vodafone As a vodafone customer i think i never need 📞 caller tunes 🔕🎼! Because user need network for 📞 caller tunes... If network not available how can i use this service! My caller tune is, Dial no is switched off... Pathetic service by vodafone..😡🤬

I am tired by complaining same thing over and over but @ViCustomerCare can't understand the problem. I am having call drops for each &every call and also the network is not stable always switch 2g & 3g. Voice call also not good always drops for every single call.

@ViCustomerCare I'm using Vi number..and VOLTE service are not working in my number when i call to customer care the executive says you are using vodafone and vodafone have no VOLTE service..I port my number to vi not vodafone.. Kindly activate volte in my number @VodaIdea_NEWS

Can't call nor can I receive calls on @ViCustomerCare . I have been raising network issue since May but they were busy blaming my phone for the issue. This has culminated into complete breakdown of call services today. @DoT_India
