    My review of Vi : Good cell service and great internet. However, every now and then, I am being charged for a "Value added service" which I NEVER activated. When I reported the issue, they refused to issue a refund for all but the most recent deduction! @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I am having network issue all the time where I am staying which is in dadar west near G North BMC office for a long time. I did complaint against this issue number of times but still problem is not resolved. Please do something as soon as possible.
