    @ViCustomerCare That's not at all going to help as we've been complaining for around 2 months and sending you all the details. We're sure that it will not be resolved. Just expect a mass porting out as soon as the lockdown is over.

    @ViCustomerCare Fyi, Your representative are just connecting for the formalities they have to do. When it comes to fixing the issue. it's a degraded and casual approach. Also tell me why am not getting monetary compensation on not getting the data services for which I paid.

    @ViCustomerCare please do check signal strength in north Chennai - it says 4g but it is very very slow when it comes to Twitter, WhatsApp etc

    @ViCustomerCare My point is y it is taking two long months to fix one issue. What has been done so far from you. Taking info from DM, Getting calls from customers care, Social Media Team, Nodal desk, Call from Ravinder Thakkar (CEO) team and still the issue is not fixed. Wow. Get it done asap.
