They are transfer the call when they are unable to answer. The cassette which recites on calling them " Welcome to Vi, India's fastest giganet" and now I would say go to hell with this fastest giganet.@ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare please fix it even for others.

@ViCustomerCare Today again, the network disappeared in mobile from night and do not know how long it will come. You have very poor service, where all network service is right, you get spoiled by a small typhoon.
