@ViCustomerCare I am at the Vodafone store in Ghatkopar Pant nagar, I came to the store to convert the Sim from Post Paid to Prepaid. The store asks me to message the customer service and wait for their call it’s been 30 mins since I’m waiting and there is no call. @airtelindia
