@ViCustomerCare Hi, we have worked on your complaint no. UPE-V01057851753. You may intermittently face this issue. We continue our efforts to resolve it soon. I am tired of seeing this msg back to back but no improvement in my problem.

@ViCustomerCare Hi, i need to know why am I being charged for unnecessary gaming subscription (contakt games and Telsync Games) fees for which i have never opted and my balance have been deducted on two occasions (25 Rs on 14th August and 10 Rs on 18 September 2022).
