    @ViCustomerCare such a pathetic internet connection you are providing. Have some decent service when you are charging such insane bucks. Will rather port to some other service provider rather than sticking with you.

    I'm a VI postpaid user and I'm fed up of this rubbish network after complaining several times my issue isn't resolved, I always receive a false promise regrading my network solution. They aren't even disconnecting my service. Worst network in the country @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I have been trying to convert my existing eSIM to a new device. Even after multiple visits to the store and calls with the call centre my efforts has been futile. This is causing me great problems, hoping for a resolution and response.

    VI very poor service I have gone to 15-20 to the service center and cannot resolve my issue approx 2 years my issue was I of the prepaid sim is close and after three months they can give to another user but that sim register many important place. @ViCustomerCare @Rajeev_GoI

    @ViCustomerCare I just want to disconnect your terrible service, I don't want to listen your false promises. I've missed lots of my online classes, I'm not even able to access YouTube, it buffers for an hour and says connect to internet . I'm paying ₹824 for nothing. @TRAI @ViBusinessIndia
