    @VodafoneIN your internet services are not good at all right now at 1 in night speed is not there lot of times complaint have been registered but nothing happened to resolve my issue either you do something or I'll port into another isp.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare , my DM complaint was registered vide.. RTN-V00753460454. Yesterday evening, I went to your Vi Store at Adambakkam, they asked me to pay ₹100/- for replacement of SIM, since they received lot's of complaint of mine like "Network issue". Kindly reply asap.

    @ViCustomerCare @AdityaBirlaGrp @vodafone I have a vodafone idea sim card, Complaint ref. no. HAR -V00754155634 & 744754951 unable to get resolution after 9 days of raising a complaint. I am unable to send sms, in 9 days Vi failed to resolve this. I will port from Vi for sure.

    @ViCustomerCare landline calls don’t connect when calling from 4G network, I switch down manually to 3G and it works.. Been like this for months and no response from your team..

    @ViCustomerCare Noticed 1 thing, VI network is suddenly start hello tunes randomly to anyone. Last month I faced this issue twice. When calling to customer care they said that it's charged Rs.99 for 3 months. Cheating customer this way will never help you to grow. Don't do this.
