    Hi @ViCustomerCare I went down to the vi store and asked the manager for his number in case my phone does not work and he GAVE ME A WRONG NUMBER. Your employees are harassing me. Is this a ******* joke? I haven’t been able to use my phone for 3 whole days

    @ViCustomerCare hey VI new rebranded with old services, actually there is no much difference between old and new. Same service, same customer experiences. Same unwanted deductions. Etc etc etc One of the worst ever I encountered. #sucks #pathetic

    And fooled me to get my porting request cancelled. I checked the status today and it said on @airtelindia that it was cancelled from my side. Nice way to retain people, say you are calling from the other network and then fool them to cancel the request @ViCustomerCare.
