@Idea @VodafoneIN My idea number is not working for last 40 days and I have complained number of times through social media and email however not received any solution. Today I received my idea bill. They have forgotten to fix my problen but not forget to send me idea bill.

@ViCustomerCare The worst customer service ever. Have sent a wrong inflated bill and even after payment has deactivated the account and informed that it was an inactive phone number! Now the CCR has kept me on hold for 30 mins.
