    @VodafoneIN your internet services are not good at all right now at 1 in night speed is not there lot of times complaint have been registered but nothing happened to resolve my issue either you do something or I'll port into another isp.

    We've been facing severe call drop problem (vodafone idea) since a long time but no action has been taken to resolve it either from company or from TRAI. 4G Internet speed isn't good enough and you have installed 5G. How ridiculous!! @TRAI @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Hello I am Ram chandra Das a user of Vodafone-idea. I am currently facing a issue with my internet in my samsung j7 max phone . I am unable to use 4g internet and calling functionality is also not working when my phone is in 2G/3G/LTE mode.

    @ViCustomerCare i have port from jio recently my num but in vi horrible network to me even vi own app taking to much time to open.. very pathetic experience with vi.. no body hear my issue.. waiting for 90 days to port out from vi

    @ViCustomerCare I recently switched my vodafone number 9999404534 from postpaid to prepaid. I have visited the VI Store of greater noida store 2 times already. Now the 1st recharge is not done by the store due to which I am unable to use any service. kindly resolve issue ASAP.
