    @VodafoneIN your internet services are not good at all right now at 1 in night speed is not there lot of times complaint have been registered but nothing happened to resolve my issue either you do something or I'll port into another isp.

    @Idea @VodafoneIN My idea number is not working for last 40 days and I have complained number of times through social media and email however not received any solution. Today I received my idea bill. They have forgotten to fix my problen but not forget to send me idea bill.

    @ViCustomerCare I had payment debit confirmation still these VI people at store not ready to provide payment receipt telling some stories seriously very frustrated on vi network I will not refer or suggest to any of my friends to go take VI

    @ViCustomerCare very pathetic service by Vodafone, trying to activate internet service from last 20 day but till date no resolution. Every time they call and say sorry but no resolution. Previous complain no PUN-V00820615745.

    @ViCustomerCare problem in coordination between your customer care department and billing department. We are suffering because of that. Harassment by collection agents as the problem was created by Vodafone idea. Seriously thinking of opting out of family plan and porting out.
