    @ViCustomerCare When i didn't pay it u guys discontinued my outgoing, i was assured on call that if pay remaining 700 something u guys will restore my old plan & my service would resume . When i paid u guys didn't restore my old plan . Plus send me an additional bill of 1100

    @Trupil @ViCustomerCare Yes, now a days vodafone is real pain. I have also face this kind of fraud activity done by them. They deduct money from the account without any reason and never return. Advise you to complain it to @TRAI they will punish vodafone. #FraudVodafone

    @ViCustomerCare Out of which i paid 470(as per my 399 plan) & called the VI cc about the issue to which they assured me that they have lodged my complain & will come up with a solution in 48hrs which never happened . Again u guys send me bill of around 1100 .

    Dear @ViCustomerCare your internet service in this era is truly poor. Both my mom and dad uses the network since it was hutch... I use hotspot from my mom's cell and I connect it with mine the net is so poor that it does not load what's app stories and Instagram news feed. 2 POOR
