@VodafoneIN I contacted vodafone customer care executive she told that, i cant able to use the prime becase it is possible to reactivate again. Iam a user of red plan for the last 3+ years and using the same number more than 4 + years in kerala circle

@VodafoneIN however that SMS is nothing but the "Prefer LTE" selection method which is already active in my phone. I need a solution for this ASAP. This same phone was I using without any issue for Airtel 4G. Redmi note 4.

@VodafoneIN #HappyToHelp I have reached on this issue to customer care they are not willing to raise a complaint behalf of me and instead they said it's very common issue we will be notified. Is this way you are working for customer service @TRAI please get it resolved.

@ViCustomerCare poor Customer service. Balance deductions happens automatically and your agents blame I did it. Very unprofessional Customer agents answering calls.

@VodafoneIN Dear Vodafone I was your proud customer when i was in kerala circle. I had amazone prime subsription. After switching to tamilnadu circle, even i cant able to use the amazone prime, because old all packs are de activated. I requsted for the help

@VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup Hello , Vodafone - the the World largest Network 😁 i must say that the kind of network you have and services you providing is too worst . Signal manipulation is pretty high though . Everytime i go anywhere connectivity is very bad.

@VodafoneIN I just ported from Airtel to Vodafone and sim got activated yesterday night. However I am not getting 4g tower at all and I called customer care to get solution. But they sent one SMS which they said if followed will definitely solve the issue.

@ViCustomerCare Responded to multiple Vi personal calls and clearly communicated the voice call concerns, time of concerns, available time at home but nobody seems from vodafone to listen the customer voice and keep making their own statement and conclusion. Solution has not yet arrived

Pls don't keep more than Rs.5 in your main balance. @ViCustomerCare loot that by saying service extension without your consent. Basically, they will impose a new plan without your consent if you don't read their msg which they sent just 4 days before. #India #badcustomerservice

Dear @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS i request to you please increase indoor signal strength of 4G. I also complaint on vi app but no action taken. When i go to home, signal auto change to 4g to 2g. If mobile is on only 4G mode then no service came.
