    @VodafoneIN I contacted vodafone customer care executive she told that, i cant able to use the prime becase it is possible to reactivate again. Iam a user of red plan for the last 3+ years and using the same number more than 4 + years in kerala circle

    @VodafoneIN #HappyToHelp I have reached on this issue to customer care they are not willing to raise a complaint behalf of me and instead they said it's very common issue we will be notified. Is this way you are working for customer service @TRAI please get it resolved.

    @VodafoneIN the worst worst support from customer care regarding the amazone prime video subscription activation with my red plan... The worst network ever used.

    @VodafoneIN I just ported from Airtel to Vodafone and sim got activated yesterday night. However I am not getting 4g tower at all and I called customer care to get solution. But they sent one SMS which they said if followed will definitely solve the issue.

    @VodafoneIN Dear Vodafone I was your proud customer when i was in kerala circle. I had amazone prime subsription. After switching to tamilnadu circle, even i cant able to use the amazone prime, because old all packs are de activated. I requsted for the help

    @VodafoneIN I really fedup with your guys, because no unity in the advice. Different peoples under the same roof are giving diffrnt openions on the same complaint. The worst experience i ever had... Complaint number : 401153546

    @VodafoneIN however that SMS is nothing but the "Prefer LTE" selection method which is already active in my phone. I need a solution for this ASAP. This same phone was I using without any issue for Airtel 4G. Redmi note 4.

    Hello @ViCustomerCare please help i can able to my data a decent speed of not even 500kb and u r saying that u r the indian fastest network first resolve my issue i have dont all thing what ever your coustmer care people said but nothing happen my average speed is only 200kb/sec

    @ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar Vi network is going from bad to worse. This is the consecutive 4th day when network has vanished! If this is nw quality in a main city, I wonder how it is in tier B & rural cities. Pls improve your nw, don't compel me to portout.Using Idea for 17yrs!

    @ViCustomerCare my vi number is 8334875556. I work abroad and this number is on Intl Roaming. For last 2 months this sim is not working at all. Have complained 3 times and no effect. My local foeign number is +380688436309.

    @ViCustomerCare Discussed!!!! What have you discussed?? Pathetic Network continues. No resolution. Only word of mouth that network will be improved in future. Really @ViCustomerCare is as pathetic as it's network. Waiting for the validity to end on 12th June 2021 to port out of @ViCustomerCare.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi customer care, today i contacted your customer care for my billing issues and they asked me to hold on so that they can connect me with senior..but surprisingly no body was connected as i waited for 20 minutes. Very very bad experience. No isue resolved. Sumit
