    @VodafoneIN I really fedup with your guys, because no unity in the advice. Different peoples under the same roof are giving diffrnt openions on the same complaint. The worst experience i ever had... Complaint number : 401153546

    @VodafoneIN however that SMS is nothing but the "Prefer LTE" selection method which is already active in my phone. I need a solution for this ASAP. This same phone was I using without any issue for Airtel 4G. Redmi note 4.

    @VodafoneIN I just ported from Airtel to Vodafone and sim got activated yesterday night. However I am not getting 4g tower at all and I called customer care to get solution. But they sent one SMS which they said if followed will definitely solve the issue.

    @VodafoneIN I contacted vodafone customer care executive she told that, i cant able to use the prime becase it is possible to reactivate again. Iam a user of red plan for the last 3+ years and using the same number more than 4 + years in kerala circle

    @VodafoneIN #HappyToHelp I have reached on this issue to customer care they are not willing to raise a complaint behalf of me and instead they said it's very common issue we will be notified. Is this way you are working for customer service @TRAI please get it resolved.

    @VodafoneIN Dear Vodafone I was your proud customer when i was in kerala circle. I had amazone prime subsription. After switching to tamilnadu circle, even i cant able to use the amazone prime, because old all packs are de activated. I requsted for the help

    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup Hello , Vodafone - the the World largest Network 😁 i must say that the kind of network you have and services you providing is too worst . Signal manipulation is pretty high though . Everytime i go anywhere connectivity is very bad.

    @eudaykumaru58 @ViCustomerCare South India is not preferred to them . Yesterday, Customer care asked me to port out to other network for asking Vowifi. They told Vowifi, won't come to south India immediately. Indoor coverage improvement will take another 6 months. Better port to #airtel or #jio, even BSNL.

    @ViCustomerCare our corporate postpaid number is not getting any signal for the past 3 days. Had called the customer care they said it will be fixed but till now there is no sign of signal nor there is any alternative given from your end.Please look into it 🙏

    Worst possible experience with @ViCustomerCare since yesterday. Being handicapped and shown emergency call only in two different cities, at one at night, makes me wonder, whey the hell am I still stuck with @ViCustomerCare
