    @VodafoneIN #HappyToHelp I have reached on this issue to customer care they are not willing to raise a complaint behalf of me and instead they said it's very common issue we will be notified. Is this way you are working for customer service @TRAI please get it resolved.

    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup Hello , Vodafone - the the World largest Network 😁 i must say that the kind of network you have and services you providing is too worst . Signal manipulation is pretty high though . Everytime i go anywhere connectivity is very bad.

    @VodafoneIN Dear Vodafone I was your proud customer when i was in kerala circle. I had amazone prime subsription. After switching to tamilnadu circle, even i cant able to use the amazone prime, because old all packs are de activated. I requsted for the help

    @VodafoneIN the worst worst support from customer care regarding the amazone prime video subscription activation with my red plan... The worst network ever used.

    China started 5G service, but still none of these providers still unable provide proper 2G service in my area/location. @reliancejio @airtelindia @VodafoneIN Already did so many complaints but no use...

    @VodafoneIN however that SMS is nothing but the "Prefer LTE" selection method which is already active in my phone. I need a solution for this ASAP. This same phone was I using without any issue for Airtel 4G. Redmi note 4.

    @VodafoneIN I just ported from Airtel to Vodafone and sim got activated yesterday night. However I am not getting 4g tower at all and I called customer care to get solution. But they sent one SMS which they said if followed will definitely solve the issue.

    @VodafoneIN I really fedup with your guys, because no unity in the advice. Different peoples under the same roof are giving diffrnt openions on the same complaint. The worst experience i ever had... Complaint number : 401153546

    @VodafoneIN I contacted vodafone customer care executive she told that, i cant able to use the prime becase it is possible to reactivate again. Iam a user of red plan for the last 3+ years and using the same number more than 4 + years in kerala circle

    @DoT_India Thanks. They told me that even if they charge me 5 times more, I still have to pay. 10 calls a day since 2022. They have threatened me that there is no customer care team to resolve my complaint. I will have to pay it. Apne ko nahi malum, pay karo chup chaap. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I was shocked 2 learn you are cheating customers by sending false data alerts! Inspite of having balance 1.628 GB data I received alert of balance data of 500MB.Your Customer service executive couldn't explain reason,phone got disconnected before solution.

    @ViCustomerCare i am ur customer from the year mobile is lunched in mumbai.. Ur company name changed many times but i was there but from last many month the connectivity is so bad u can say worst so i hv to leave u know.. Bye and of luck for closer of ur network

    @ViCustomerCare can't deliver new Sim card after 48 hours , And after 3 follow up they say due to technical error we can't deliver your card,select the new number, Solve your technical problem, Don’t force client, Worst customer service.

    @ViCustomerCare No I don't want to use this network anymore. I have been using this since 2016 or maybe before that but this is not the right way. Getting 100 calls in a day from random people those who are abusing. Why should I use this facility
