@VodafoneIN I contacted vodafone customer care executive she told that, i cant able to use the prime becase it is possible to reactivate again. Iam a user of red plan for the last 3+ years and using the same number more than 4 + years in kerala circle

@VodafoneIN Dear Vodafone I was your proud customer when i was in kerala circle. I had amazone prime subsription. After switching to tamilnadu circle, even i cant able to use the amazone prime, because old all packs are de activated. I requsted for the help

@ViCustomerCare I'm not sure if this Vi social network team is bad or doing prank on me. I've been complaining one issue for so many weeks and didn't get get resolved. Finally spent time calling them and fixed 😴 Better Vi delete this Twitter account and invest on customer care

@ViCustomerCare Not at all satisfied..so you are telling me that problem is in my handset??🤦🤷5 vi sim cards in 4 mobile handsets.. out of 4 mobiles 3 mobiles are completely new purchased in a year duration & the latest mobile is purchased only 2 months ago so don't blame on our handsets..

@ViCustomerCare been 6 month but still the problem isn't solved ..2 engineer have come, but didn't solve the problem stating their isnt a tower around this place but still nothing is being done by the in-charge..guess it time to move to another service provider.

@ViCustomerCare I have been using Vodafone for more than a decade but even now i am facing data n/w issues at home. Whn we ask customer care 2-3 years ago, thy say thr is no tower nearby but there are plans to install one. Shall I change service provider to get better n/w @ home?
