Upgrade towers in cities where your network is poor or the areas in cities where your network is poor.(like in bihar , orissa and jharkhand) 2. Stop sending spam sms and calls frequently.

However I am not getting 4g tower at all and I called customer care to get solution. But they sent one SMS which they said if followed will definitely solve the issue.

Still waiting for the resolution as the people at customer care are retards and don't know anything about how a network connection works. I have an unlimited data plan and it's getting exhausted.
