After switching to tamilnadu circle, even i cant able to use the amazone prime, because old all packs are de activated. I requsted for the help

Upgrade towers in cities where your network is poor or the areas in cities where your network is poor.(like in bihar , orissa and jharkhand) 2. Stop sending spam sms and calls frequently.

However I am not getting 4g tower at all and I called customer care to get solution. But they sent one SMS which they said if followed will definitely solve the issue.
