    @save_planet_ear @ViCustomerCare Because the call is chargeable and if it's not connecting, then either it's network issue or you don't have sufficient balance. Since you haven't mentioned anything about connectivity issue, I assumed that you don't have any balance. #vodafoneidea

    @RajCMO @PMOIndia @ViCustomerCare you guys told me to wait till 10 Nov still didn't receive any further information even no call although I am asking for it. Such a worst service and they are looting people. Government should focus on such scams.

    One more cheat by @ViCustomerCare spoken to customer care exec on 8th nov for change of tariff n she confirmed that Amazon prime was never claimed on my number in past n free subscription will b applicable..post plan activation it says already claimed..for god sake stop cheating

    @ViCustomerCare What the hell is this,how can u ppl deduct the customer's main balance amount nd start a plan without his consent,I m having 390rs in my main balance nd I want to add 9rs in it to do the recharge plan of 399rs,I haven't seen such a platform ever

    @airtelindia customer service is a farce! After 15 yr using same number according to their exec today my details don’t match When asked 2b connected to a senior- they have no senior available on duty Oh & if you complain- they say ‘aaram se baat karo🙄 Porting to @ViCustomerCare
