    @TRAI Sir ,this is how @ViCustomerCare treat their customers,first they keep security deposit which they never refund & then they ask customers to pay their bill.why not they adjust deposit in to bill ?if they can’t adjust why not they refund my deposit on time ?

    @ViCustomerCare Complaint against Andheri-W, 4 Bunglow branch, Mumbai for making error in the physical form for ACH/ECS dated 07 Jan'22. Also, why don't you accept online form, when every utility company does it? Your Andheri-w branch is yet to contact me, how many reminders?
