    @ViCustomerCare there is no network coverage. Even for 2G. Unable to rcv OTP SMS. Could you please check with your network analysis team. No call, no internet ,no SMS. pathetic coverage.

    @ViCustomerCare First network coverage issue then your subscriber can enjoy facilities and benefits. I raised complained but every time they make excuse and close the case.

    @ViCustomerCare @AdityaBirlaGrp I have already requested porting yesterday and have received 3 calls asking what's the prblm.. previously there was a discussion abt the problem over call and email but your company denied to give resolution and I told u I will port to jio.. why am I getting calls now?

    @ViCustomerCare I want to change my alternate No. in my profile & to add my email id.I made requests through vi app 3-4 times , every time request ticket is allotted but its fails & details r not updated in app.Calling to customer care also went futile.Its really irritating exp.
