@ViCustomerCare My brother accidentally activated the RedX ₹1201 plan while exploring the Vi app. We immediately contacted support and visited the Vi store. They told him to call 198 to deactivate, but still added ₹3000 exit charge in next bill. This is unfair. Please resolve.
