@ViCustomerCare there is no network coverage. Even for 2G. Unable to rcv OTP SMS. Could you please check with your network analysis team. No call, no internet ,no SMS. pathetic coverage.

@ViCustomerCare How to rock and Pop when data speed is not even crossing 40KBps... Worst data speed I've ever experienced. Your 4G VoLTE network is giving less data speed then 3G network. Alredy complaint 3times to customer care. But the Situation is getting worst and worst.

@ViCustomerCare My father has been a vi postpaid customer for about 15 years. Recently he lost his phone about 45 days ago. Since then he has been visiting Vi main stores on a regular basis.Evertime the stores provide with replacement sim but the number is yet to get activated.
