    @ViCustomerCare there is no network coverage. Even for 2G. Unable to rcv OTP SMS. Could you please check with your network analysis team. No call, no internet ,no SMS. pathetic coverage.

    @VodafoneIN Vodafone tower is installed in my village Despite this, our network remains very weak here. Sometimes the network is so weak that even the call cannot take one to two days. My village :- Bahuarwa, Manigachhi Darbhanga Bihar-847423

I’ve already wasted 10+ days running behind your team while you people keep rejecting valid proof like it’s a joke.     @ViCustomerCare just got a call from Abhishek Mishra from this operator bluntly said he won't register any complaint regarding my concern. Told my concern to more than 1 dozen people and still no resolution. I want to log complaint on Uttam Nagar East branch for incomplete info.

    @ViCustomerCare Is this your way of treating a customer? I had a horrible experience earlier as well when I was asked to convert my prepaid sim to postpaid because the prepaid sim was not working and they told me that I hadn't recharged it but I have a record of the recharge as well.
