    @ViCustomerCare there is no network coverage. Even for 2G. Unable to rcv OTP SMS. Could you please check with your network analysis team. No call, no internet ,no SMS. pathetic coverage.

    @VodafoneIN Vodafone tower is installed in my village Despite this, our network remains very weak here. Sometimes the network is so weak that even the call cannot take one to two days. My village :- Bahuarwa, Manigachhi Darbhanga Bihar-847423

    @ViCustomerCare First network coverage issue then your subscriber can enjoy facilities and benefits. I raised complained but every time they make excuse and close the case.

    @ViCustomerCare dear Sir the services are becoming poor in Pune Circle as two of my post paid connections have been deactivated without any reasons inspite of paying bills regularly and Appellate Authority and service store did not resolve the issue

    I've already borne much trouble with VI. @ViCustomerCare has done nothing to solve the network problem. Now this VI SIM has 2 days left to be 90 days. I'll leave this worst network. Send me port code But I am confused between @JioCare and @airtelindia which one should I choose.

    @AarKiBolboBolo @ViCustomerCare Well same thing happened with me when I ported out few days bk...must have received 8 to 10 calls from @ViCustomerCare offering new schemes just to stop me..nvr bothered wen I complained of service & network issues earlier
