    @ViCustomerCare i wanted to port to VI hence i have a raised a request in VI app for port in and paid the money online. It's been 4days and till date no response from the VI team about the VI sim delivery. Very poor service...

    @ViCustomerCare I've discussed in DM and that day the incoming call facility was stopped and u asked me to recharge! Tell me one thing... If your service is so poor WTH is gonna recharge?? U need to place a new tower in my area. I told this to ur cc. Couldn't he understood?

    @ViCustomerCare I bought a new Vi postpaid sim on 27th Sep with Rs 699 plan and since that day I am not able to use data. Then I filed a complaint they told me my issue get resolved on 1st Oct but till now the issue is not resolved. i want to close vi postpaid connection
