    @ViCustomerCare i wanted to port to VI hence i have a raised a request in VI app for port in and paid the money online. It's been 4days and till date no response from the VI team about the VI sim delivery. Very poor service...

    @ViCustomerCare your staff don't want to work.. doing stupidity. i am your 15 years old customer. but now i will definitely port to other network. i had lost my SIM and in morning i bought with same number. but still not working. your staff is not responding calls.

    Another high standard set by @ViCustomerCare India. Got a replacement with an assurance of reactivation inn3 hrs...but it's only 10hrs and customer care, vi stores and vi mini stores refused to help.
