    @ViCustomerCare i wanted to port to VI hence i have a raised a request in VI app for port in and paid the money online. It's been 4days and till date no response from the VI team about the VI sim delivery. Very poor service...

    @VodafoneIN @AdityaRajKaul I too have initiated port out of Vodafone yesterday. These customer support guys are helpless and the team who deals with technology are hopeless. What a combination sirji.

    @ViCustomerCare Zuthe, Makkar aur Chor hai VI Vodafone Idea chor hai mera paisa nahi lauta rahe. Requesting everyone to quit VI. Extremely poor internet speed and worst connectivity. Happy to choose JIO. Jio is far better. VI CHOR HAI, they don't care for their customers, quit VI.

    @ViCustomerCare @vodafone No response from DM and customer care not able to raise an issue. Don't loose the track of issue by diverting the issue to DM. Do you have any solution for this problem? Don't cheat customers. Lost my money for recharging twice. Why are you allowing recharge for not activated no?

    @ViCustomerCare The Internet is having problems here, you only take a Complent, but nothing happens, the internet is buffering and network bars are also low, I had complained earlier too.

    @TheOfficialSBI @ViCustomerCare OTP not coming on any Vodafone Mumbai sim for SBI netbanking from almost a hour. Cannot even login to our own account due to forced 2FA OTP feature. Restore OTP connectivity immediately.

    @VodafoneIN being a postpaid customer i have to face so much network disturbance everyday.. people can't call me .. i can't call them back.. Yaar pandemic me kam se kam network toh sahi chalne do.. 🙏🙏 Baar baar complaint karte karte thak sa gaya hu me.. 😔😔

    @ViCustomerCare No service in Bhusari colony area in Pune. Worst quality service. Lots of 'speaches about quality" and "how customer is important". In reality, customer is least important. #CustomerExperience @TRAI Are you taking any cognizance of customer complaints ??
