    @ViCustomerCare i wanted to port to VI hence i have a raised a request in VI app for port in and paid the money online. It's been 4days and till date no response from the VI team about the VI sim delivery. Very poor service...

    @ViCustomerCare 19 days since I raised an issue, All I get is a reply mentioning that it's escalated and nothing else. Strange that the company has survived with this poor level of customer service system.

    @ViCustomerCare There is common tower of airtel and VI that has been installed at village Rajamau , Tahsil Tiloi, Distt Amethi UP . But this tower is probably neglected by VI as it belong to remote area . Services of data as well as voice are extremely poor.

    @ViCustomerCare I was port into vi on 17 th Saturday till now aruna Mobiles not did frc till now by aruna mobile Nalgonda. Telangana.. bad service.. do frc with 2months validity...

    @ViCustomerCare care to resolve complaint num 3-107260890438 ? It's more than a week and I am suffering due to inefficiency of your team. Vi sent me new SIM on their own, and deactivated my original sim. #vodafoneidea #vodafobeideaappellate
