  @ViCustomerCare service request number 3-117813239811. Your poor network resulted in us not using the service. We had to pay for another plan. We suffered great mental stress owing to not having a net connection during our trip.And now you have disconnected the service. SHAME!

  @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare - i still have same issue despite raised multiple service requests and closed by customer care team. I don’t understand how can a service request can be closed without resolution. Every time i complain they raise a new service request and give a new date

  @ViCustomerCare Please check your DM of 20th June. You will understand Since how long we are complaining about network issues.! Stop 🛑 fooling people on 4G/5G. You don’t have properly working 2G network. And resolve this immediately, other wise we will have to take this to Consumer Court.🙄

  @ViCustomerCare After your assurance of blacklisting the number offering me 2 other Vodafone SIMs of similar numbers, I got 2 calls today with same offer! First improve your services which will motivate your customers to ask for extra connections! Don't push extra connections down our throats!

  @ViCustomerCare Hello my name is Abhin. I am currently in Dubai UAE . My vi sim is not working here right now . It was working last 18 days which I connected to Etisalat. But now it is showing (MM SIM IS NOT ALLOWED) Also can't connect
