@ViCustomerCare i wanted to port to VI hence i have a raised a request in VI app for port in and paid the money online. It's been 4days and till date no response from the VI team about the VI sim delivery. Very poor service...

@VodafoneIN @AdityaRajKaul I too have initiated port out of Vodafone yesterday. These customer support guys are helpless and the team who deals with technology are hopeless. What a combination sirji.

@ViCustomerCare Your network is very bad network...i have ever seen.. While in my postpaid bill...i have been shown that you have 1GB left..iut of that i have used 600MB...so i have charged for 88MB(512MB free)..What is this yaar..?without any clarity...how they can charge?

@ViCustomerCare Customers told to visit store for some work and insulted by executives in store. Customer care executives make fun of customers. There is no value to the existing customer, new customers are pampered. Very worst services and manners less employees.

@ViCustomerCare For last 2 days i am not able to do out going calls even customer care executive also told me different 2 thing no one have knowledge how to resolve my issue now i ask how to port my sim to airtel so that also no answer given by customer care executive told me due to updation.
