@VodafoneIN @AdityaRajKaul I too have initiated port out of Vodafone yesterday. These customer support guys are helpless and the team who deals with technology are hopeless. What a combination sirji.

@ViCustomerCare i wanted to port to VI hence i have a raised a request in VI app for port in and paid the money online. It's been 4days and till date no response from the VI team about the VI sim delivery. Very poor service...

@ViCustomerCare my vi prepaid sim is not able to provide internet access in iphone hotspot but works in other handset. Also the iphone works well with other sim. 199 executive could not help. Should I opt for MNP? Kindly resolve.

@ViCustomerCare Two weeks back one of your people came home and I showed him the lack of connectivity! The problem is not my home or me! Vi is the problem! Vi towers don't have the bandwidth to handle the demand in the Chetpet/Ignore area! Solve this problem! This has been going on for 3-4 years

I have never seen such a telco which offer plans at lower price and extra banefits to those who already have active recharge plan on their number and offering costlier plans to ones whose recharge got expired and have no active plan Nonsense @ViCustomerCare
