@VodafoneIN @AdityaRajKaul I too have initiated port out of Vodafone yesterday. These customer support guys are helpless and the team who deals with technology are hopeless. What a combination sirji.

@ViCustomerCare i wanted to port to VI hence i have a raised a request in VI app for port in and paid the money online. It's been 4days and till date no response from the VI team about the VI sim delivery. Very poor service...

@ViCustomerCare I am unable to talk to the executive regarding some issues. Unfortunately the official WhatsApp is not useful. Only default messages are repeating. With out my permission some application are activated ( amount been deducted).

Such a very poor & pathetic service of @ViCustomerCare I couldn’t access internet while I’m on call. meanwhile VoLTE service is enable still I’m facing issue. Just before 5 days I converted from Jio to Vi. No any kind of resolution of my complaint. Please take it seriously.🙏🏻
