    @ViCustomerCare i wanted to port to VI hence i have a raised a request in VI app for port in and paid the money online. It's been 4days and till date no response from the VI team about the VI sim delivery. Very poor service...

    @VodafoneIN @AdityaRajKaul I too have initiated port out of Vodafone yesterday. These customer support guys are helpless and the team who deals with technology are hopeless. What a combination sirji.

    @hanuz4598 @ViCustomerCare This is like you call someone for a treat and say," today am fasting, so lets fast together". See my tweet does not make any sense. Same as blocking his outgoing calls did not make any sense. Now can we put some sense into this matter please??

Check the activation date of my Vi number. And u give me nothing?

    Seems @ViCustomerCare is running a scam. I have attempted Port out because of bad network and call drop and duly submitted documents at @Airtel_Presence. But even after duly clearing my dues, a VI guy called from number - 8692857206 misguided me & fraudently cancelled my port req

    @ViCustomerCare In every monthly bill I find an unauthorized charge of Rs.25 by you for downloading games. I do not download games. This has turned into a wilful harassment. When I complained on 198 they promised to cancel it. But today I received the bill with the same charge.

    @Shahj84917449 DEFICIENCY IN SERVICE AND FRAUD BY VODAFONE  @ViCustomerCare Worst service provider Vodafone. Just lies & more lies. Shame on Vi service. Rs. 49 recharge on 11 August, with outgoing, incoming, sms, service validity for 28 days till 7 Sep, but Vodafone blocked incoming on 31 Aug.

    It has been 10 days since outgoing/incoming calls stopped, cant even SMS. After 3 visits to VI shop and many DMs, VI is not able to resove the issue. Standard answer - we didnt find fault @Vodafonein @ViCustomerCare #VodafoneIdea
