@VodafoneIN @AdityaRajKaul I too have initiated port out of Vodafone yesterday. These customer support guys are helpless and the team who deals with technology are hopeless. What a combination sirji.

@ViCustomerCare i wanted to port to VI hence i have a raised a request in VI app for port in and paid the money online. It's been 4days and till date no response from the VI team about the VI sim delivery. Very poor service...

@ViCustomerCare yesterday Vi informed that due to technical issue you service has been terminated. Today I received msg that due to outstanding amount 588.82(actual due date 16.04.2021) you service has been terminated. I have made payment, now resolve issue C003-103439488421

@ViCustomerCare And you know what is more interesting? To start internet you have to active Flight mode, restart your phone and than click on data activation. What a service Sriji #5G bhi aise he chalega kya?

@ViCustomerCare That is not something reliable. Please tell your executive to call. Cannot spend time on customer support calls all the time. Also from a number that is not reported as spam. Despite reporting multiple times my internet was not working approx 12 hours last night.

@ViCustomerCare VI claims to be the fastest Internet in India, i switched to VI to experience the speed but sadly it didn't do even average. I'm facing very bad Internet speed.
