    @ViCustomerCare i wanted to port to VI hence i have a raised a request in VI app for port in and paid the money online. It's been 4days and till date no response from the VI team about the VI sim delivery. Very poor service...

    @ViCustomerCare Once issues turns to DM... It takes weeks to get response... sometimes months or years .....for further assistance I have shared my number to u and waiting if my issue get resolved before Diwali...coz if not solved, I will take a rocket 🚀 ride with Elon Musk 2 find issue in Vi.

    @ViCustomerCare Kavita ji, I've complained 50 times in last 6 months. All your company does is call me, take note, promise to improve and then say that you can't improve service any more. So I'm not expecting anything different now either.

    @ViCustomerCare How can i check my complaint status if your app says time out or the number is not a vi-number..Does my problem really matters to you or r u simply a bot.Problem is not only of vi-app. I can't even call customer care, it says to complete televerification..R customers joke to vi😡

    The @airtelindia app is one of the most useless apps I've come across. Been trying to raise a complaint / call the customer care for the last two days but to no avail. The customer care number featuring on your platform is of @ViCustomerCare. Please care for your customers yaar.
