    I had registered complain regarding SMS problem & VI agent told me that your problem will be solved within 27 oct. Still, I couldn't get any response from VI. This shows how irresponsible and careless these people are...can @ViCustomerCare punish that agent? No.. #useless VI

    @ViCustomerCare till now nothing is done on my case. we don't have data though we are paying bills in advance. you have increased the bill to 299 but there is no service. what kind of technical team you have I m not getting who cannot solve a very vasu problem .

    @ViCustomerCare I checked it already. I'm using 4g Wifi router so speed must not be issue for that.

    @ViCustomerCare i recharged with talktime instead of your unlimited packages. And now I can't call even a single person as your automated voices says every number I dial is wrong number. What's this? Solve the issue ASAP

    But Jaise hi mai batata hu ki issue resolve nahi hua hai. Tum log New complain no. Ke through complain register kar lete ho. Phir kuchh din baad bolte ho ki issue resolve hi gya But issue resolve nahi hota Again process repeat hoti hai. Shameful @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS
