Told my concern to more than 1 dozen people and still no resolution. I want to log complaint on Uttam Nagar East branch for incomplete info.

I had a horrible experience earlier as well when I was asked to convert my prepaid sim to postpaid because the prepaid sim was not working and they told me that I hadn't recharged it but I have a record of the recharge as well.
