Multiple failed SIM/eSIM activation attempts, online eKYC not working, still taking payments and forcing doorstep KYC. Very disappointing service experience. Need refund and immediate resolution.

Go through my previous complaints, that SIM was not working since March. No network. Your team didn't even resolve the issue. Then I rightfully discarded ur SIM. What should I pay for?
