@ViCustomerCare Horrible experience at your Kolkata VI store where executives sitting behaves rudely with customers. TO change from post paid to prepaid I had to wait for an Hr with all nonsense explanation. It's a competitive world please take action against errant employees

@ViCustomerCare @DoT_India I and My parents as paying Customer of the VI Network Have been complaining to the @ViCustomerCare about our problems with the network connectivity for the past 2 years with no resolution. Their technicians have visited and accepted the same.
