    @ViCustomerCare Recently I have ordered a new sim which was about to deliver door step but they denied to do so. And when I contacted to customer care they said to wait till tommorow and same answer I got for 3 days continuously at last I cancelled the order. #vi

    Hello @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India Very frustrated with Vi network issues for the last 1 year! Every time I complain, the ticket gets closed automatically without resolution,the last complaint was on 30th June that case was closed too without fixing the problem.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India For the past month, the network drops constantly, internet stops working for 30 minutes after running for just 5 minutes, and 'G' appears. Completely poor service! Please resolve this permanently. #Vi #VodafoneIdea #NetworkIssue
