@ViCustomerCare Hi! We are here to assist you. As per our system that your complaint raised SR # 4-115232702634 resolution was given that facing slow data speed issue due to serving site having high 4G data traffic, further improvement not possible with existing site, capacity site required.

@ViCustomerCare I'm struggling for Vi VoLTE on my Oneplus 7T since 3 days. Unable to get VoLTE even after talking with Vi support. They are saying that my smartphone has some problem, but Volte on other networks is working fine on my device. They said they have already enabled Volte on my number
