Now I have no complaints with #VodafoneIdea as I have switched to #Airtel network leaving vodafone postpaid and will not be using Vodafone in future. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare sounds ridiculous? well always disconnecting from the network and going to emergency calling mode seems more ridiculous. my whole family and everyone under this tower is facing this same issue. but apparently you guys don't care. we're all porting out once the package expires.

@ViCustomerCare I hd did a detailed DM to u nd hd mentioned there something,hope u PPL will take a glance on it nd provide me satisfactory resolution,or else allow me to switch from this platform nd refund my credit amount in VI main balance

1st visit Asked him to come on next billing cycle which is next month. 2nd server down. 3rd this can't be done immediately, for other option u need to visit again during next billing cycle which is next month. #repeat #loop @ViCustomerCare @TRAI

@ViCustomerCare I am@not sure why do you charge extra money every month though I have free allowed GB available.Every month when I call to customer service they say that you don’t have to pay extra money next month. Pissed off.
