  @ViCustomerCare my 76 YO aunt was forced to port her airtel prepaid to VI. And take a family plan 701. She was taking back her deceased husband's number as a remembrance. The vi store at nalasopara west didnt inform her about the 451 plan. Is this how VI is happy to help?

  @ViCustomerCare I'm not able to send private message to you i tried calling your customer care but nobody gave me any valid solution and nobody ever resolved my issue they just gave me fake assurance that issue will be resolved within 2hrs one said I'll send you u network setting but failed

  @ViCustomerCare This is the exact same copy-paste reply I’ve been getting for 2+ months. No resolution, only calls/messages and then silence. Meanwhile, I’m being charged for a service that doesn’t work. Stop the scripted responses. Fix the issue or process a refund immediately.

  @ViCustomerCare No network most of the times..only 1 or 2 bars show up... Internet always on 'E' 4G works only on some specific coordinates not everywhere..

  @ViCustomerCare Hi team please note my wife is facing severe call drop and no calls getting connected issue since quite sometime, recently we got her sim card replaced with a new Vi sim thinking that it might help. It has increased the network issues. Request for urgent help.
