    @ViCustomerCare recharged with 3495/- on my wife’s vi number 8826314233. But as soon as she landed in Europe (Zurich, Switzerland) this sim is out of service. We have tried manual selection of n/w as well it is switching to auto select and giving error.Need refund. 📞9413717821.

    @ViCustomerCare Why it is required to call me 5 times a day. Just send a person to deliver the SIM at my location. Is that solution not going through ??? Instead of calling me, your company can activate the SIM in the past 4 days . But you choosing to not to do that.

    @ViCustomerCare Urgent issue regarding my number 9990282014. Despite multiple requests, my father was informed at the Vi Store that the number may have been allotted to someone else without notifying me. This number is linked to my banking & important personal accounts.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare, my number 9120682122 is facing an internet issue every night after 12 AM. The data suddenly stops working for unknown reasons. Kindly fix this issue as soon as possible, otherwise I may switch to another SIM provider. Please look into it urgently.

    @ViCustomerCare Complaint was closed but the issue still exists. What's the point of complaint if it can be just closed without contacting/confirming from customer

    @ViCustomerCare Payment accepted through the official Vi App, but the service was never activated and the SIM still shows “No Service”. Multiple calls, emails, and complaints later, still no proper resolution. Requesting immediate refund/reversal.@ConsumerVoiceIn @ViNewsOfficial

    @ViCustomerCare How bad your network can be? Rare signals,No OTP getting received, No outgoing calls connecting. Even when I want to port out of your network, even for that OTP is not coming. Help me get OTP on my number, I'll port to something else. @TRAI @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare Those are the same things you have repeated 10 times in the last 5 days. What is the solution for that ??? I think your company is like that only. No doubt why it has such a financial balance sheet it holds.
