    Hi @ViCustomerCare, I have been using your sim for 5 years. Day before yesterday the sim stopped working, customer care told me that the sim is registered on someone else's ID. I have this number registered on all my banking platforms. Is this how you treat your loyal customers?

    @jagograhakjago I ported to @ViCustomerCare Found that network of Vi at my location is weak when I'm inside my home. I complained about it to Vi, and they said they will fix it by 12 Sept. Now they've extended it by 90 days. Pls direct Vi to fix it. I've classes to attend.

    @ViCustomerCare 10 calls between yesterday & today!this is AFTER asking NOT TO BE CALLED!Had you taken your main service of Phone n Mobile Data n network this seriously,i wouldn’t have ported out. #vodafoneidea STOP CALLING.STOP HARRASSING!
