@ViCustomerCare Once every 3-4 months Vodafone charges an extra Rs.49 as some charge and waives off after raising a complaint. Same has happened again. I am fed up with this fraudulent method of making money.

Hi @ViCustomerCare what kind of pathetic service u r giving I have recharged with 4G data but the speed I am getting is of 2G only. and u don't have a single recharge for SMS hv to buy a plan of 148 but just for SMS and speed is so less that it is like 2G

Requesting all companies to plant a tower to increase the network in my village. If I use Idea / Airtel at my home then not even able to make a call properly. (Do something so that atleast 100kbps is available during evening). @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare Attaching address 👇

@ViCustomerCare couldn't send sms in spite of having an active service validity. Called cust. care only to know that Rs.128 for 28 days is min to be able to snd sms. Seriously? #vi acting like a monopoly in such a competitive sphere. You're gonna lose 4 customers very soon. Bye!

@ViCustomerCare improve your network service.Mostly time network stuck in 2g and 3g while travelling.Can't use Internet,Call service also poor, automatic call disconnected many times,can't hear voice during call after some time & call automatically ended,Network bar not stable.
