Hey @ViCustomerCare , Why do u think I can’t reach any helpline numbers such as besom (1912) or any banking CS numbers on your network but those work perfectly on Airtel or jio? I keep getting number is invalid 🙄

@ViCustomerCare As making worst network complaints since last 27 days. No improvement in network and now vi network blocked my number for using 198 dial. Trying since 3 days but call ended. Hopeless
