    @ViCustomerCare few days back on 8th July I filed a request mentioning how the internet quality in my locality is very poor and Vi should do something regarding it. But the request's status is now been marked 'possessed' yet the issue still persists.

    @ViCustomerCare Someone named Gayatri called me know asking what is the issue. Id suggest you and your team to research on customers existing complaints, recent ones before calling them. This lady had such a irresponsible and egoistic attitude to not even acknowledge the feedback I gave.

    @ViCustomerCare I just ran out of data before the expiry of my Rs 365 plan which according to your VI app is an Unlimited Data Plan . Why mislead the customers. I believe time has come to change the network service. #Vodafone

    @ViCustomerCare Fake, Fraud, worst network coverage, worst customer support 😡😡. Guys @ViCustomerCare charges bill without any service. They are charging for 0 signals. Also if you are hold their bill they charged late payment fee😔😔

    @ViCustomerCare This is extremely horrible service My Grandmother is very sickly and can't visit the local customer service centre due to advanced age. My family and I have called on multiple occasions only for them to visit the home for recertification of KYC to no help
