@ViCustomerCare The basic talk time have been scrapped. VI is promoting only SMS or data service. Normal talk time of lesser amount does not have service validity. Elderly people have to waste their money though they may not be able to send SMS or use internet. Consumers wake up

@theparaschawda @ViCustomerCare Fate. As per media , #vi can't provide any services to customers in this current year, it will take another year to activate. Now customers can port to other network till the give good 4g indoor coverage and Vowifi. Else waste in staying in #vi

@ViCustomerCare Finally VI agreed, this was a mistake at their part. This is a regular cheating, breach of trust & mental torture case from VI side which till date they never agreed. As I have all proof now, filing a case against them. Any cust of VI who feel cheated on same line, pls connect

@mohsin_showkat @ViCustomerCare You are not only one. I'm also unable to use Internet. I'm even not getting 2G speed. It's taking 2-5 minutes to download an image. And whole day in downloading a video. Vi is only the worst service provider in the industry.

@ViCustomerCare My Mob 9991451998. SIM giving trouble. Requested for replacement at home as per COVID norms and also sr. Citizen. They flatly refused and asked to visit VI store. I can't do due to medical reason. Any solution ?

@ViCustomerCare after being with a Customer (Since 2004) from the time it was Hutch, there is not even one relationship manager who is assigned for me. When I contact the previous Ops Head, she left, previous rel mgr, left .. Pity no one really cares about the Customers
