    @ViCustomerCare Really need to train your dumb customer care. everybody just says we are sorry and opens a complaint. Then close it after some days without confirming if problem is solved. When we ask again, the cycle goes on. How idiotic way of work. No escalation matrix. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare How many days it will take a SIM to be delivered to a Bangalore city centre location? I have ordered a SIM on 18th and till now have not received any SIM. When you can't provide a service why do you have that such service in place?

    @ViCustomerCare worst network in my area And i used worst network in my whole life Next i reacharged another number In night after 1 clock network is good but bro if i used phone in night after 1o clock just think when i sleep. In evening net speed dhammal ka road roller

    @ViCustomerCare hi, I had applied to port my sim from postpaid to prepaid at a VI store. They informed old sim will get deactivated in 12 hrs and then use new sim post that. It has been more than 12 hours, but no update. Please help.
