@ViCustomerCare I just get frustrated after by porting my sim to vi,at the starting of the service I didn't get my voice call service and after complaint it will be all right for some day but again that problem stuck me,is I am here to complaint again and again.Worst network ever

Life sucks if you are an @ViCustomerCare IDEA customer. New sim, no activation, go again. There is no gurantee. Service center doesnt comply and rudeness was top notch. Throw this sim and use @reliancejio since @VodafoneIdeaIN cant solve problem even if their server was at fault

@ViCustomerCare worst service and worst customer care service ever. I have given 5 days to resolve my issue and still you are asking me to give more 5 days just for the network error. Network is your first priority to serve to your customers and that only you are not able to do.

Worst experience with @ViCustomerCare For sending a single sms one has to recharge with minimum 128₹ ,Even though user has talktime it can be utilized for calling and Internet only and not sms.
