    Pathetic service by #vodafoneidea. Wanted to upgrade to 5g. But this is 2nd time I went to #vodafonestore & provided my details, but the sim replacement is getting rejected everytime. Funnily I've other VI nos in my name upgraded to 5g wth same ID proof. @ViCustomerCare 1/n.

    @ViCustomerCare I have visiting Vi store on 11th store on 11th march at 5pm for migration from post paid to prepaid I have taken the prepaid the store has told that it will activate in 12 hours but till now sim has not been activated. It seems that services are worst

    @ViCustomerCare ... Bengaluru Chikkabanavara Ganapati Nagar Acharya College Road Area Vi Network Issue, Other Network Providers Provided 5g Network but Vi Network 4g to 2g Showing here. Main City this type of Service u Providing than what about Rural Side Ur Network...
