@ViCustomerCare I am unable to send sms from last few days. When contacted customer care it asked me to recharge for rs. 129. Why should i recharge if I already have balance in my sim card? Why cant I use that balance to send SMS?

@ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare palak from VI media team have taken liberty to informed me that VI can’t enhance the network in my area of complain, after 13 year with Vodafone,i have no choice but to port to Jio, Airtel,i feel Palak needs further training to attend the customer.
