  @ViCustomerCare If Vi is unable to provide adequate network coverage in my area, please let me know clearly so that I can port my number to another operator. I cannot continue paying over ₹800 every month for a service that is not being delivered.

  @ViCustomerCare You check my previous complaints. You have everything. Just don't do time pass. Do some work go to previously provided information. Note: this not problem for single or specific locations. For how many places I give details like house no. etc.

  I purchased 3 Vi postpaid numbers and paid a total security deposit of ₹900. However, I still haven't received my security deposit refund. This is disappointing. Please look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible. @ViCustomerCare
