    @ViCustomerCare Dont expect DM. Your Each and every executive ask about issue and standard reply " give us 72 hours". Its so ridiculous. Today from 9.36am to 16.44, I received 13 calls with meaningless output.

    @ViCustomerCare Since yesterday, my Vi Sim card is experiencing serious internet problem. My YouTube is not working, even in 144p resolution it's buffering a lot. This problem is occurring even I have sufficient mobile data. Please resolve this issue ASAP

    @ViCustomerCare As per DM, service is not functioning as area coverage is not full, let me know why I shud pay 100% instead it shud be as per network availability @TRAI even NCR area, Sec 108, Gurugram is not covered /no adequate coverage available frm #VI network @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar Sir, the same process of apologies and delays again happening. 4 days no calls from Vodafone care. I only get to hear that they escalated the issue. continuously getting emails of outstanding amount. Either stop those emails or resolve issue earliest @VodafoneGroup
