    @ViCustomerCare hi, kindly provide your official email ID to lodge complaint against late fee charge on monthly bill of a postpaid connection under your Kolkata circle, despite the last bill already paid. And no prior information provided on change in billing cycle.

    I went to @ViCustomerCare mehadipatnam Hyderabadu store. They rejected my request to re issue sim Cards, that i submitted previous recorded documents. Why we need to submit documents again that already existed in your records.

    Indian wrost service VI .. customer care didn't work ..and he work on my problem befor4-5 month but he did not solved don't buy VI card it's wrost service @ViCustomerCare

Get this resolved today itself or tell me if I can visit any store and get the same number from their, but I need it today. I spoke with Vi Customer Care three times since morning 10am and you all failed to do so. #Vi

    @ViCustomerCare I see that You guys have increased the PP Bills. I'm paying 470/- for 30 days with 40 GB Internet which is of NO USE. But I'm get'g 3 GB/day for 28 days for 359 only vt prepaid. Porting the service provider is good. @Airtel_Presence @JioCare any plans at your end?

    As per the directions of @TRAI a complaint can be placed within 3 days to the service provider of the representative and @ViCustomerCare or @Airtel_Presence has to take action regarding the same.

    I went to your store near by home, they told go to main store then i went to mehadipatnam, Hyderabadu store. They told a silly reason, they don't have power supply. ****.. i feel pity. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I've unlimited 4GB daily internet pack, also Rs 351 100 GB pack. Internet on my VI no. is not working, I have taken SIM out, put it back in and rebooted phone but internet is bad, video playing buffers. I have DMED my VI no. Please rectify it immediately

    @ViCustomerCare My mom wrongly done a normal recharge of ₹50 instead of selecting the pack of ₹49 recharge. So today I called in customer care to correct that mistake by cancelling the old recharge and correct it to ₹49 recharge but they denied. Please help.
