@VodafoneIN Calling me is not proper solution ,coz u won't be able to hear me properly due to poor network ... For your information we have two Vodafone towers in the range of 500mtrs..our company has provided space for two towers But still your service is worst..

@TRAI how fair is for @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare to force customer to migrate from prepaid to postpaid on context of KYC. We can all documents and verification for KYC. Just not me another customer with old prepaid card was enforced too for his lost card.

This is the 3rd time i had complained about network receiption issue & 4G issue & everytime i got a call from Vi, i was told to check the speed and call. But the network is still the same. Poor, pathetic & useless network @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS overpriced & worthless 2/2

@ViCustomerCare @Sudhirelx Vi you should improve your network instead of begging your user to remain with you. I recently ported out 20 vi sim because of poor indoor coverage. I have waited for long 6 months I saw vi made false promises everytime so I switch all my family member sim to jio.
