    @VodafoneIN Calling me is not proper solution ,coz u won't be able to hear me properly due to poor network ... For your information we have two Vodafone towers in the range of 500mtrs..our company has provided space for two towers But still your service is worst..

    @ViCustomerCare No, you guys dont understand. If you did, the issue would have been closed by now. Despitr paying my bill in advance, I am hearing your long announcement before I make a call. I have already had a problem when I had to call for an emergency and the 1 minute long announcement...

    Dear @ViCustomerCare i have a vi prepaid sim. Incoming call is stopped on my number due to recharge so I do recharge yesterday after that incoming and outgoing call is active but few minutes later there is no network signal on my number it shows that please insert ur sim card.

    @jagograhakjago I'm facing an issue with my Vi connection since a month. @ViCustomerCare completely failed even after multiple emails, calls, tweets. Despite having paid my bill on time they keep telling me that bill is pending.

    @ViCustomerCare @akshayamoondra No update on my issue . its been more that 2 weeks and no mail from vi customer care. This is the final and last message. Then no recharge and final porting only.
