    @VodafoneIN Calling me is not proper solution ,coz u won't be able to hear me properly due to poor network ... For your information we have two Vodafone towers in the range of 500mtrs..our company has provided space for two towers But still your service is worst..

    @ViCustomerCare dear Vi ,I am facing poor internet speed issue in indoor ,dear Vi give 1800Mhz ,2500Mhz bands frequency in indoor and outdoor in my location with Good signal strength,and shut your 3G network area ,and increase the capacity of backwhole ,I hope my request in your priority

    @ViCustomerCare -complained customer care for not able to send SMS ref no :C004-135290060963, still not able to send messages, got messages from VI saying issue got resolved. can you look into this.
