    @VodafoneIN Calling me is not proper solution ,coz u won't be able to hear me properly due to poor network ... For your information we have two Vodafone towers in the range of 500mtrs..our company has provided space for two towers But still your service is worst..

    @VodafoneIN Dear Customer, with reference to your Network Complaint C004-81239451779, we have ensured maximum possible signal optimization from the existing cell site to your location. We ensure you periodic maintenance activity to enhance signals. Big lie... No improvement.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Again the calls r breaking, especially when I am in 680686 location, as per the conversation, CS confirmed that the issue was rectified but still I’m facing the similar issue there is no progress voice and data. @DoT_India

    Facing severely poor network on a regular basis for the last few weeks @ViCustomerCare ive changed my sim twice but still getting poor internet , i get almost 5 kbps sometimes .. Plz do look into this

    @ViCustomerCare Worst service, from januy months you guys not able to find one transaction details after providing all the information bank statement, bank confirmation with transaction details, but still you guys dnt have to track the transaction
