    @VodafoneIN Calling me is not proper solution ,coz u won't be able to hear me properly due to poor network ... For your information we have two Vodafone towers in the range of 500mtrs..our company has provided space for two towers But still your service is worst..

    @ViCustomerCare one of my number data is not working since Nov. 21 after the replace of sim cards & handsets also, I am surprised for your team says the problem is not at our end. According to this statement Vi is my service provider and I have to follow with Airtel and Jio.

    @ViCustomerCare we have our own life to attend to. We can't be sitting free whenever you want. Just cos someone is unable to receive a call you will resolve the service ticket without solving the problem? Pretty much just proves you want the money and don't care about customers.

    7-aug-2022 once again @ViCustomerCare @9085242993S tries to call us and my wife who is unable to answer the call because she's out running errands. So guess what once again without solving the issue they resolved the problem.
