@ViCustomerCare I had Post paid 9702249434, switched to Prepaid on 27 Feb settled dues, custcare called and assured spl plan, then backed out, then Prepaid activated 3rd March. I still receive a bill for postpaid. 199 can't help. Whom to contact.

@ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare This is a smart move that don't give network singnal until customer recharge ,but at the same time these are cheap and ***** tricks. I am using another sim of @airtelindia I recharge it only once in December 2019.But still signal are there.

@prashume @ViCustomerCare True, I faced similar problem in August 2020. I ran pillar to post to get my bill corrected inspite of paying twice the bill amount, my phone was disconnected for non payment and restored after threatening legal action.
