@ThomasM3149 @ViCustomerCare They never solve anything and u have to waste even more time on calls with them. It is frustrating in the extreme! But like everything else now, there eej no solution to this either.

@ViCustomerCare You have given no access to talk to customer care but closed replies by BOTS. Why in my current month bill VAS Charges added for PRIME which was at no cost at the time of activation. I have got no intimation of the cost at any point except bill. Do reply

Strange my due date is 19th March & I still haven't received my @VodafoneIN bill for the last billing cycle!!!!! Calls don't come through. #OTP messages don't come through. On dialling calls don't get connected!! Is #MyVI closing down operations @rsprasad

Vi internet and network is too slow .Vi should do something to improve . internet services depressing. Not even providing basic internet speed. Just retire and be remembered for your services. Don't defame your image. Take care @ViCustomerCare
