@ViCustomerCare I want a call back for billing issues. My security deposit is not refunded & why is a bill generated after port out? Even after porting out vodafone is giving a headache. If this is not solved asap, I will port out the remaining 1 number from vodafone as well

Dont worry I wont pay the bills as you guys are least bothered to look upon my request. It been such a long time I have raised a request from app and twitter. All I can say is Vodafone is HELL. Took my info and no is bothere to help @ViCustomerCare

I'm really fed up with @ViCustomerCare atleast make sure u pay me back so that I can switch atleast to some other service. No response for past 24 hours, can't even call ur customer care executive. And mail were replyed by bots all the time. Exhasted with ur excellent service

@ViCustomerCare Why we are suffering for your mistakes ?? If your servers or services getting down that's not our fault. Recharge done by VI app so it must have its record. That's simple agile process of any application.
