    @ViCustomerCare Vi 5g is a scam i did the apn settings they guided but still internet isn't working and monthly 300 gb of data can be used as per their guidelines+ vi gurantee data of 10 gb and base data of 1.5 gb a day. But still my internet is not working

    @ViCustomerCare At your Vi Store, Begur. Your staff failed to upload the right docs when raising the transfer of ownership and I am stuck waiting for 2 hrs for it to fail so tat the right request can be raised again. The staff is trying to make me leave & come back 2morrow.

    If frustration had a face it would be mine, again and again have to repeat this issue to @ViCustomerCare that how the hell can you not figure out one simple thing! I have REDX plan, you told me Netflix is on from your end. @NetflixIndia says payment isnt received so I can’t watch. When I asked you to give me in writing you say you can’t give in writing on email. Where the hell am I supposed to go? Is this what I am paying for? Your app apparently doesn’t shows option for Netflix as well, whereas before it used to have. If you can’t figure the mess out which you created. Stop your services. Been waiting for more than 10 days to get this small issue resolved.

    @ViCustomerCare I would like to request all customers not to use the Vi SIM doorstep delivery service, as my experience with their service has not been satisfactory. I placed an order for a SIM card three days ago (Order ID: DCHD02032625631), but I have still not received it.
