    @ViCustomerCare I am unable to talk to the executive regarding some issues. Unfortunately the official WhatsApp is not useful. Only default messages are repeating. With out my permission some application are activated ( amount been deducted).

    @ViCustomerCare I made a recharge of Rs 58 via which encountered a failure. Later , I tried another one with 98 which was successful. Data service is still working on the SIM

    Such a very poor & pathetic service of @ViCustomerCare I couldn’t access internet while I’m on call. meanwhile VoLTE service is enable still I’m facing issue. Just before 5 days I converted from Jio to Vi. No any kind of resolution of my complaint. Please take it seriously.🙏🏻

    I am trying to send port msg but msg is not reaching I called customer care about that but they are saying you have to recharge 128 for message validity recharge it is fair @ViCustomerCare ? @jagograhakjago

    @ViCustomerCare I have deleted the initial tweet where I mentioned my number. Thank you Kavita for contacting me; as discussed the issue is that I should not receive messages as in the screenshot. The number in the screenshot doesn't belong to me at all.
