@ViCustomerCare Despite being on DND, Vi thinks it’s appropriate to call me via robot generated calls frequently. The Vi agent persisting ringing my phone despite being engaged. Is this the service a Postpaid customer should expect? You seem to be intent on pushing me away. Why?

@ViCustomerCare Concerned raised last week... till date no resolution. It clearly shows your level of customer satisfaction. But raising multiple queries you are simply buying time to add up more delay and irritate your customers paying their hard earned money for your fake monthly postpaid bill

@ViCustomerCare How you guys are working I don't know but I just want to know that if you guys are booking on the network coverage? I have complaint about network problem and right now in my area there is no 4G. I got about one signal sometimes or nothing just 3G.
