    @ViCustomerCare my postpaid no. got activated with much trouble and then to add up, sms services not started yet? it's really ridiculous and I have urgent requirements for receiving OTPs on sms, what kind of services are these? Can you pl sort it immediately.

    @ViCustomerCare @htTweets Again the same thing from Vodafone no call no team. Visit and problem remains open from last more then 65 days. Pathetic customer support of VI. Guys I will never recommend you to take vi sim because after sales service is pathetic and customer support are not helping.

    @ViCustomerCare- are you guys serious? It hs becm a routine for me to knock your doors for your pathetic service. Recharge done on 13th dec and services were ended on 15th dec citing no recharge done. I am going to consumer forum because this is mental harrassment
