    @ViCustomerCare There is nothing to give up with @vodafone now We have lost all hopes - I have had it since last 1 year - there is no network at all and mobile seems to have become a landline where you have to stand at one designated place to catch networks

    @ViCustomerCare-Vi is just fooling me since 1 month, giving me stupid excuses and taking time, not been able to solve problem and I am suffering mentally, they just want postpaid amount every month and happy to see the customers suffering. Worst and hell service from Vi.

    @ViCustomerCare I have requested change from Postpaid to Prepaid twice and both the time the request has been rejected. I have my rights to switch to Prepaid for any reason. You try to retain customer to Postpaid and irrespective of what customer says "Request Rejected". @TRAI
