    @DoT_India,@ViCustomerCare Vi is deducting balance without customer consent and will refund your money if u complain about it.This happened with me two times in this months. Now think about people who don't know how to read messages,there money is gone.@DoT_India investigate

    I also suffer from such situation whenever I talk to customer they give me times to resolve but they can't able to resolve the problem and increases the time to resolve very bad network automatic converter 2g, 3g network and automatic network no sarvice, @ViCustomerCare
