hey @ViCustomerCare The quality of your network is so bad at this time that there is no talk on the phone, sometimes the call is cut and sometimes the sound is not clear, your network is very bad at this time. people are troubled please solve this asap!

@ViCustomerCare @vodafone one of the worst services. They did not know how to handle premium customer issues. Its just one month I took the connection and feels like I should port now and get back to my old operator .

Hello @ViCustomerCare I just want to say that why don't you close your 4G operation in India. VI is the WORST. I bought a vi sim a week ago but it does not work at all even in Patna. This vi barely connect to 4G. My original sim @airtelindia is the BEST.
