One more reason to stop using @ViCustomerCare because they can anytime suspend the outgoing calls regardless of the fact that how long the consumer has availed the services. Pathetic network + zero credibility.

@ViCustomerCare pathetic customer care service. My net has been deactivated without informing me. On visit to customer care I am told to change SIM. Then I get message that request is rejected. Again I visit customer care new set of documents called for. 2 days wasted. Really sad
