    @ViCustomerCare your operator said resolution given and not solving my problem at all. This may my recharge is ending which will be last for my VI connection. 198 operator even refused to take complaint again even as issue still not resolved.

    @TRAI @DoT_India I have @ViCustomerCare number and unable to call on pan card center 02027218080, problem only faced with VI network, and VI is refusing to accept mistake on their side and their customer care center refused to take my complaint on this issue.
